Method 1 of 3: Lemon Roasted Chicken
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 204 degrees Celsius
While preheating the oven, clean the chicken breast with water and pat dry.
Step 2. Heat the oil on a teflon over medium to low heat
Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook for a minute. Then remove the Teflon from the stove.
Step 3. Add the white wine, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, and thyme
Mix all the ingredients with the oil and garlic that you cooked earlier, then put it on the grill tray.
Step 4. Place the chicken in the tray with the skin facing down
Sprinkle olive oil and salt and pepper on the chicken.
Step 5. Bake the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes
The chicken is done when it is light brown. To make sure it's cooked through to the deepest part, use a knife to check if the meat inside is cooked through.
Step 6. Remove the baking tray from the oven
Refrigerate the chicken for 10 minutes, then serve.
Sprinkle lemon sauce and white wine on the chicken for a better taste

Dip the chicken into the flour mixture to coat it evenly.
Step 3. Bashi the grill tray with oil and place the chicken there
Then bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is light brown and cooked through.

Then serve and enjoy.

Place and mix melted butter, steak sauce, and caper seeds in a small bowl.
Step 2. Place the chicken on a grill tray or heat-resistant plate
Pour in the sauce mixture you just made until it coats the chicken evenly.
Step 3. Cover the tray or plate and roast the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes
The chicken is cooked when it is light brown in color and the meat inside is no longer raw.
Step 4. Refrigerate the chicken for five minutes and serve
Pour the remaining sauce left on the tray or plate over the chicken.
