You don't have to be ashamed of stuffing your bra. Adding a little volume to what nature has given you is easier and cheaper than surgical enlargement. Plus, cramming a bra has the added benefit of flexibility: one day you can have small breasts, then big, full breasts one night. You have a wide choice of materials, from simple wipes to more expensive silicone pads. Go ahead and try on the puff and the size that suits you, and enjoy the fun of showing off your fuller silhouette.
Step
Method 1 of 4: Stuffing Bra with Socks
Step 1. Put on the bra
You should choose a bra with foam padding to hide the gag you are going to add.
- It's also a good idea to wear a top when stuffing your bra so you can adjust.
- You can use a bra that is two to three sizes larger than what you normally wear, depending on how big you want it to look.
Step 2. Push your breasts up in the bowl of the bra
Insert your hands into the bra and gently cup your breasts, then lift your breasts and bring them to the center. This is to create a cleavage that the socks will support.
Step 3. Choose socks
The size and thickness of the sock depends on how big the bust size you want to show.
- Use thick socks for maximum enlargement. This option is great for parties or dramatic cleavage.
- For subtle enlargement, try using light stockings. This option is better for everyday wear, formal events or body-hugging dresses that just need a slightly bigger bust.
- Whatever thickness you choose, wear soft socks to avoid friction.
Step 4. Fold the sock
Again, how to fold the socks depends on the type. The rule is that the sock must be folded inwards once.
- Fold the sock with the heel in the middle.
- Insert your finger into the top of the sock just enough for the crease to fit into the bottom of the bra cup.
- Adjust the folds until they are flat.
Step 5. Place the folded socks into the bra bowl, one each
The sock should nestle under the bowl, where the bra foam is already there.
The heel should be at a lower angle towards the armpit
Step 6. Check how you look in the mirror
Make sure both your breasts are equal. Adjust the position of the socks if needed.
Method 2 of 4: Wearing a Double Bra
Step 1. Wear a strapless bra
It's a good idea to use a bra with a printed hard bowl and extra foam.
You can also still use a strapless bra if you don't have a strapless bra
Step 2. Wear a strapless bra over the strapless one
For maximum effect, this second bra should also have a hard bowl and extra foam.
You may need to attach a larger-than-usual back hook to accommodate the first bra to fit inside
Step 3. Create an X-strap at the back for a dramatic cleavage
Straps that cross at the back tend to push the breasts closer to each other, creating a cleavage. You can turn your bra into an X-strap by pulling the two straps behind your shoulders and securing them with paper clips or safety pins.
Method 3 of 4: Using Breast Enlargement Pads
Step 1. Purchase a pair of breast enlargement pads
Silicone and foam are common materials; one may be a better choice than the other, depending on the actual bust size and shape you are looking for.
- Silicone plugs are easy to use, have a naturally cushioned feel, and are great for creating high, dramatic cleavage.
- Foam pads may be better for smaller bowl sizes.
Step 2. Put on the bra
Use a bra that already has foam to minimize lines around the enlarger pads.
Step 3. Attach extra padding to your bra for extra security
Add just one or two small pieces of tape between the pads and the bra to make sure the pads stay in place.
Use special double-edged tape for fabrics – this type of tape can be safely removed without damaging sensitive fabrics
Step 4. Adjust the straps and back hook
You may need to loosen up a bit here and there to accommodate the extra gauze in your bra bowl.
Method 4 of 4: Using Tissue
Step 1. Put on the bra
Using a bra with a hard, foam bowl can help you hide any extra lumps.
Step 2. Take a piece of tissue
It should be about twice the size of the bra cup.
Step 3. Fold the tissue
The folded tissue should be the same size as the bra cup.
If it's too big, the tissue will stick out and reveal your secret. Trim the ends a little
Step 4. Insert the folded tissue into the bra so that it fits in the bowl perfectly
Repeat this step for the other breast.
- Use one tissue per bowl. If you add more than that, the wipes will likely pile up in a mess and ruin your silhouette.
- If you are not satisfied with the resulting enlargement, try thicker paper towels or 3 to 4 sheets of toilet paper.
Step 5. Check your appearance in the mirror and make sure your chest looks symmetrical
If the chest seems out of balance, return to the start and repeat with a new tissue
Step 6. Use tissue only for emergency stuffing
Tissue is not the material of choice, as it can absorb and retain moisture from perspiration, thus deforming it and making you uncomfortable. However, this method can be useful when you are in a difficult situation.
Tips
- Loosen bra straps and back links if necessary. Don't let this clog put undue stress on the bra: bras are made of a soft material that can stretch if not treated with care.
- Add gradually. Trying to scale from AAA size to DDD in one day will be very noticeable. Keep using the same amount of toilet paper day after day and then make it bigger each month.
- Clothing can also enlarge the appearance of your breasts. Look for shirts with a V-neckline or heart-shaped at the chest, or those with ruffles or doubles. Remember that a neckline that is straight horizontally and runs along the sides of the chest gives the impression of being flat – avoid it as much as possible!
