This wikiHow teaches you how to print specific cells in Google Sheets while using a computer.
Step
Step 1. Open the https://sheets.google.com link in any web browser
If you're not signed in to your Google account, sign in now.
Step 2. Click the spreadsheet you want to print
Step 3. Select the cells you want to print
Click and hold a cell, then drag the mouse to select other cells.
- To select multiple rows, click and drag the mouse down on the row number section on the left side of the screen.
- To select multiple columns, click and drag the mouse horizontally over the column letters at the top of the screen.
Step 4. Click the print icon
This icon is near the top-left corner of the screen. The print menu will appear.
Step 5. Select Selected Cells from the “Print” drop-down menu
This menu is below the print menu.
Step 6. Click Next
This button is in the upper-right corner of the screen and will open your computer's print dialog box, which may vary depending on the computer.
Step 7. Click Print
Now the document will only print the selected cells.
