- Fenugreek seed powder you can also buy in various supermarkets. However, understand that the results will be maximized if you use fresh, ground fenugreek seeds.
Step 2. Mix the fenugreek powder with the oil

If you want, you can also substitute olive or argan oil for coconut oil
Step 3. Apply the mask to your hair, then let it sit for a while
After all the mask ingredients are well mixed, immediately apply it to the hair with the help of your fingers. Focus on areas experiencing thinning or hair loss, and let the mask sit for about 10 minutes to dry.
- Before applying, the mask can be warmed to make it easier to absorb into each strand of hair. First of all, first mix all the ingredients in a bowl, measuring cup, or other heat-resistant container, then put the container in warm or hot water for a few minutes.
- If you want, you can also wrap your hair in a shower cap or plastic wrap to increase the temperature of the mask and make it easier for each strand to absorb.
Step 4. Rinse off the mask and shampoo as usual
After 10 minutes, rinse the mask thoroughly with warm water, then wash it with shampoo and conditioner as usual.
Method 2 of 3: Making a Mask from Fenugreek Seeds and Yoghurt
Step 1. Mix the fenugreek powder, yogurt and oil
First of all, mix 1 tbsp. fenugreek powder with 5 to 6 tbsp. plain yogurt and 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil or argan oil. Then, stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- You can use self-grinding fenugreek seeds or products that have been ground into a powder and sold in the market.

Step 2. Leave the mask on for a few hours
After all the ingredients are well mixed, cover the surface of the bowl with a special lid or plastic wrap. Then, let the mask sit for 2 to 3 hours to thicken the texture.
If the texture of the mask is too thick after letting it sit, you can add about 60 ml of distilled water to thin it out
