Saint Therese promised to send roses from heaven after he died. He also promised that those who prayed to him would always get an answer. Prayer through its intercession is powerful before the throne of God. Here is the 5 DAY NOVENA prayer to Saint Therese.
Step
Step 1. Say this prayer:
Saint Theresa, Little Flower of Jesus, pick a rose from the heavenly garden and send it to me with a message of love. Ask God to grant me the grace I so desperately need and say I love Him every day and my love is growing day by day.
Step 2. Say the above prayer plus 5 Our Fathers, 5 Hail Marys, and 5 Glory every day
Step 3. The prayers must be said 5 days in a row before 11:00
Step 4. On the fifth fifth day after the series of prayers have been completed, offer another series of 5 Our Fathers, 5 Hail Marys, and 5 Glory
Tips
- If you haven't received your roses by day 5, don't despair. Saint Therese always listens and will answer at God's appointed time. Keep praying without getting tired.
- Pray with confidence.
- Try praying the novena at the same time every day so you don't forget. (Perhaps that is why it is advisable to pray the novena before 11:00 pm.)
Warning
- This prayer is not "magic". This prayer is a spiritual devotion that helps us to draw closer to Jesus through the intercession of Saint Therese.
- Romans 1:16 I have firm confidence in the gospel, because the gospel is the power of God to save everyone who believes, first of all the Jews, but also the Greeks. 17For in it is manifested the righteousness of God, which proceeds from faith and leads to faith, as it is written, The righteous shall live by faith."
- Remember, our requests are not always answered. We receive from God and the Father what is best for us. Therefore, pray with faith because we are always supported and taken care of.
- This prayer can be said and it can also be said in the heart. Try to concentrate on the meaning of the prayer being said and silently ask Jesus, "Thy will be done." God hears and answers all prayers. This form of prayer involves body and soul, i.e. the whole person, when praying.
