This wikiHow teaches you how to quickly increase your Snapchat score. Your score increases when you post and snap photo and video posts, and upload Story content.
Step
Step 1. Check your current Snapchat score
Open the Snapchat app, then tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. You can see the current score under the name, in the middle of the page.
You can touch the score to see the share of the amount of content sent and received
Step 2. Submit content as often as possible
Your Snapchat score increases by one point for each content submitted. Therefore, try to send uploads to friends often every day.
If you don't use Snapchat for a few days, the first post after the hiatus will earn you 6 points
Step 3. Send the upload to several friends at once
You can receive points for each friend you post with, as well as additional points for the submission process itself (e.g. if you post to 10 people, you'll earn 10-11 points).
- After taking a photo/video and touching the white send arrow icon (" Send "), you can touch the names of friends to select them. Each selected user will receive the upload once you touch the send arrow icon or " Send " again.
- The more people the upload sends to, the more often you will receive unlockable reply uploads.
Step 4. Open the unviewed post
You will receive one point for each opened post. To open it, tap the red (photo) or purple (video) box next to the sender's name.
You won't get extra points when playing/replaying posts
Step 5. Don't send direct text messages
Sending direct text messages via Snapchat will not increase your Snapchat score. The same is true when you open a direct text message from another user.
To avoid having to send chat text messages, touch a friend's chat entry/thread and select the circular shutter button ("Capture") above the keyboard to reply to a friend's message with a photo
Step 6. Add posts to the Story segment
Each post added to a Story is worth one point. To add a post to the segment, tap the "Send" arrow icon on the finished photo/video window, then select the circle “ My Story ” in the top left corner of the recipient's page.
Step 7. Add friends on Snapchat
For every friend request you receive or send (and is accepted by someone else), you'll usually earn one point. This strategy doesn't work well in the long run, but it's at least worth knowing when you're new to Snapchat.
You may not earn points for each friend added, especially if you add profiles of public figures such as celebrities
Tips
- A high Snapchat score helps you access certain trophies that are still locked.
- Interact intensely with other users. In this case, you need to submit or share uploads daily.
Warning
- Avoid programs that are said to increase your Snapchat score. Snapchat points algorithm cannot be modified.
- If your score doesn't seem to have changed or improved, you'll need to update the Snapchat app.
