Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C

Set the oven to the recommended temperature, then wait for the inside of the oven to reach the ideal heat. No matter how tempting it may be to grill the fish right away, don't do it! If not baked at the right temperature, surely the fish will not cook perfectly.
