Do you have a thin layer of chest hair? Is it just a few sheets? Do not be afraid! With this guide you will get thick chest hair in just one month. Keep reading this article for specific instructions for growing chest hair.
Step
Method 1 of 2: Medical Tested Tips
Step 1. Normalize your testosterone hormone
Talk and confirm with your doctor whether your testosterone levels are normal. The hormone testosterone has a unique relationship with the problem of hair loss. If the levels are not enough, your chest hair will not grow, and if there is too much, the testosterone will turn into DHT, which actually shrinks the hair follicles. Aim for a healthy balance of testosterone; and of course, since there is no readily available access to testosterone test at pharmacies or drugstores, you must seek a doctor's advice.
- Start exercising. Weight loss and lifting weights can boost male testosterone levels. Get to the gym, sit on a bench press chair and do some serious work. You will feel stronger, while stimulating the growth of chest hair at the same time.
- Take testosterone-boosting supplements if your doctor has diagnosed you with low-T or low testosterone. Only take supplements if your doctor has diagnosed you as such. Again, if your testosterone levels are normal and you decide to take supplements, there is an enzyme that will convert the excess testosterone into hair follicle shrinking hormone. Definitely not a good recipe for growing hair.
- Talk to your doctor about estrogen hormone blockers. It is the doctor who will determine whether using an estrogen blocker is a good way to grow chest hair, especially in your case.
Step 2. Never use steroids to help grow chest hair
Anabolic steroids have the potential to damage health. Since there are dozens, if not hundreds of anabolic and androgenic steroids, each of which has different side effects on the body and implications for hair growth, the use of steroids for hair growth is strongly discouraged.
Method 2 of 2: Home Tips (Untested)
Step 1. Shave your chest
If you do have chest hair, shaving this area will help promote growth, but won't help it grow if there isn't any hair in the first place. (This is one of the reasons women wax or wax instead of regular shaving.) Shaving will cut hair down to the roots, which will encourage it to grow thicker; as it grows later, the hair will become thicker as it grows. See How to Shave Chest Hair.
Shave your chest every 2-4 weeks
Step 2. Apply Miconazole Nitrate (commonly called Daktarin cream)
In the morning, after bathing, apply and massage the chest with Daktarin. This method is known to stimulate new hair growth, although it has not been medically confirmed.
Notes: Nitrate Miconazole is a cream that kills fungi commonly used to treat skin infections on the legs and vagina. So use it with care and sparingly.
Step 3. Cut an onion in half and rub it on your chest
Rub in a circular motion. As soon as the surface of the onion dries, cut about 5mm and continue scrubbing; it can stimulate hair growth because onions contain sulfur, a mineral known to aid hair growth.
This method may not be suitable to be applied during the day, because the smell is strong. So do it at night, then shower the next morning
Step 4. Get advice from male relatives about the condition of their chest hair
This might be a little embarrassing, but try asking someone you trust about their own experience growing chest hair.
-
If the male relative wants to know your reasons, there are two options:
- Tell the truth, express your intention to grow chest hair and maybe they are willing to reveal their secrets. There may also be nothing to worry about.
- Let's just say that you're curious and want to talk about something random.
Step 5. Be patient
The desired growth may not begin until about two weeks later and the results will only appear dramatic after some time. Be patient and persevere in the treatment performed. After all, if you think about it, there are many other things in life that are more important than chest hair, so get excited!
Step 6. Recognize the myths surrounding hair growth
There are a lot of myths out there that are probably well-meaning, about how to grow hair and what to do to get manly hair. However, most have been scientifically debunked and proven to be false.
- An increase in blood flow does not necessarily mean an increase in hair growth. You may have been advised to scrub your chest with a toothbrush to increase blood flow to the area, which is said to stimulate hair growth. This is not scientifically correct. Scrubbing your chest with a toothbrush will not grow chest hair.
- Opens the blockage of skin pores will not helps grow hair. [Some say that clogged skin pores can trap hair under the skin layer, and that the secret to growing hair is to open the clogged pores. This is not right. Scrubbing and removing dead skin and opening clogged skin pores is good for health, but will not stimulate hair growth.
