Step
Step 1. Sit on an exercise mat
This exercise should be done on an exercise mat that serves as a cushion for both palms. Practicing on a hard surface can cause pain in the palms and wrists.
Step 2. Next, do the push up position
While facing the mat, do some light stretching by straightening your arms and legs in preparation.
Step 3. Place your palms under your chest to form a diamond
Touch the tips of the index fingers and the ends of the thumbs to form a diamond or pyramid.
Step 4. Bring your body closer to the floor, then push up again
Try to straighten your back by tightening your abdominal and chest muscles. Make sure your fingers remain in the shape of a diamond. Repeat this movement again.
