Drawing dollar bills is easy. You won't be able to pass this off as a real banknote, but it's a fun illustration to make!
Step
Step 1. To outline the banknote's outline, draw three rectangles
Each one should be smaller than the previous one.
Step 2. Draw four ovals
One should be in the middle, and the other should be in the three corners. Draw an anvil shape (wrought iron base) in the remaining corners.
Step 3. Add two circles right next to the oval in the middle
This is a stamp. Remember to put the value of the banknote in the corners too!
Step 4. Draw a rectangle just below the center oval
Draw George in the center, making his facial features as close to the real thing as you can.
Step 5. To make your banknote look more original, draw some vines made of eye-shaped leaves covering the top corners
(This step isn't 100% necessary, but go there and increase it if you're very inclined to want to do it.)
Step 6. Finally, add the words to the money
Write "Federal Reserve Note" at the top, "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" right below it and finally "ONE DOLLAR" under the picture of President Washington. You can add additional words if you like; see real dollar bills for inspiration.
Step 7. Use a very pale green and a dark gray color to finish your dollar bill
Finished!
