If you want to express emotions online, do so by typing them. Emoticons use punctuation to express emotions, and emojis are more sophisticated faces and images for expressing emotions. If you want to let people know that you're angry or upset about something, you can choose one of the many available angry emoji or emoticons.

Method 1 of 2: Inserting Emoticons in Chats
Step 1. Add emoticons in your Facebook chat
Facebook has several emoticons that you can use by clicking the emoticon icon in the chat box and selecting the icon you want. Typing the right face will also turn it into an image.
- To make an angry face, type >:(.
- You can add sticker packs to Facebook chats, which gives you access to other angry face styles.
Step 2. Add emoticons in Skype
You can click the smile icon in the Skype text box and select the Angry option, or type (angry) in the text box.
Step 3. Add angry emoticon on Android device

- While typing with Google Keyboard, tap the smile icon at the bottom right to open the emoji keyboard. Select a smiley category to display all available face emojis. You can swipe left or right to see all the available options. You can choose various angry emojis.
- You can also type >:(, and your typing will automatically turn into an angry face.
Step 4. Add emoticons in iMessage
Tap the globe icon next to the space bar to open the emoji menu. Tap the smile icon to load the emoticon gallery. You can swipe left and right to see more options. Tap the angry face to add it to your message.

This face is considered a "western" face, and is commonly used in text messages and chat channels. Below are some of the most common "western" style angry faces, and most chat programs will turn them into pictures.

This face is considered an "eastern" face and is popular in Japan and Korea. The "eastern" face has more variety, as the special symbols used also vary. Step 3. Make a table flipping emoticon
If you're really angry, you can show it by using an emoticon that looks like you're turning the table in anger. These emoticons are usually used in reaction to bad or unexpected news.
