Long Island Iced Tea is a popular cocktail made of vodka, gin, light rum (light rum), tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cola drink. Actually, this drink does not contain iced tea. This dish is so named because it looks like a glass of iced tea when all the ingredients are mixed together. Long Island Iced Tea can be the perfect drink to accompany a warm afternoon.

- 15 ml vodka
- 15 ml gin
- 15 ml light rum or light rum
- 15 ml tequila

- 30 ml lime or lemon juice (use freshly squeezed juice for best results)
- 15 ml simple syrup or gomme syrup

Step 8. Garnish the drink with lemon wedges
Step 9. Drinks are ready to serve
Tips
- If you don't have a cocktail shaker bottle, pour all the ingredients (except the cola drink) into a glass filled with ice, stir, then add the cola on top.
- For the berry version, use cranberry juice in place of the cola drink. This drink is known as Long Beach Iced Tea.
- If you don't include Cointreau or triple sec, the drink you make becomes Texas Tea.
- To make Long Island Lemonade, replace the cola with lemonade.
- You don't need to add the tequila if you want.
