ESPN is one of the most popular cable channels in the world which includes several channels that broadcast sporting events 24 hours a day. If you subscribe to an ESPN channel through your cable television service provider, you can access your ESPN account through the ESPN app or website using your cable television service account information in order to view its content. Method 1 of 4: Using the ESPN Official App
Step 1. Download the official ESPN app
Follow these steps to download and install the official ESPN app on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and devices:
- open App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play Store on Android smartphones and tablets.
- Touch " Search ” (for iPhone only)
- Type "ESPN" into the search bar.
- Touch " GET " or " Install ” next to the ESPN app.
Step 2. Open the ESPN app
This app is marked by a white icon with a red “E” logo. You can touch this icon on the device's home screen or application menu, or select the “ OPEN ” in the App Store or Google Play Store window after the app has finished downloading and installing.
When you first open it, the app will ask you if you want to give the app permission to access photos and media files, as well as the device's location. Touch " Allow " to continue.
Step 3. Touch Sign Up or Log In.
If you already have an ESPN account, touch “ Login ” and use the username or email address and password associated with the account to access it. If you don't have an account, select Sign Up ”, enter the desired email address and password, and touch “ Sign Up ” to create an account.

There are some videos of the ESPN channel right at the top of the page. You can scroll through the screen to see a selection of television episodes that have already aired or short videos. You can also browse videos by sport or team.

Step 8. Touch Sign In with TV Provider (on Android only)
On Android devices, you can preview the video for a few minutes before being prompted to sign in using your cable television service account. If you can preview the video without signing in to your account, tap the blue button labeled “ Sign In with TV Provider to enter.
Step 9. Touch the cable television service provider
Select the company or live television service provider you use. You can choose satellite or cable television (eg Indovision, Mola, First Media) or live streaming television service (eg Hulu +, YouTube TV, or Sling TV).
If you have not subscribed to any television service, touch “ Get a TV Provider ” to see a list of live television services you can subscribe to. These services include internet streaming services, as well as cable and satellite television available in your city/country.
Step 10. Enter the account information of the television service you are subscribed to

If you don't watch your show on a cable or satellite service, you can subscribe to a television streaming service like Hulu +, YouTube TV, or Sling TV.
- You can also download these television streaming apps from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, or the Google Play Store on Android smartphones and tablets.
- You can also watch live television from a web browser on the streaming service provider's official website.
- Check the service you are subscribed to to make sure you have subscribed to a plan that includes ESPN.
Step 2. Sign in to the account
Use your television service account username or email address and password to sign in to the live television streaming application.
For satellite or cable television streaming applications, you may need to create a new account. To create it, touch “ Sign Up ”, “ Create account, or a similar option. Fill in the form with your account information, username or email address, and desired password to create an account.
Step 3. Touch the option to view the list of television shows
Each app has a slightly different interface, but generally features tabs that you can touch to see different options at the bottom of the screen. Touch the option labeled “ TV ”, “ Live ”, “ Live TV ”, “ Guide ”, “ Watch Now, or a similar option.
Step 4. Swipe the screen and touch the ESPN channel

Step 1. Visit https://www.espn.com via a web browser
The site is the official ESPN website.

It's on the right side of the menu bar, at the top of the browser window.

There are several videos from the ESPN live channel shown at the top of the page. You can also scroll through the screen to see segments of already aired episodes and short videos. Plus, you can browse videos by sport or team type.

- Programs that do not display a lock icon next to or below them can be watched online immediately, without any other login information.
Step 4. Click the television service provider

Step 5. Enter the account information of the television service you are subscribed to
Sometimes, the ESPN website can detect the television service you are subscribed to over the wireless internet network you are using. Method 4 of 4: Using Kodi
Step 1. Download and install Kodi
This app is an open source free media player and streaming app. You can download it from https://kodi.tv/ for Windows and MacOS operating systems, Google Play Store for Android devices, or TweakBox for iPhone and iPad. This app is also available for Amazon Fire Stick.
- This method may be illegal in most countries. It is recommended that you use a VPN service when watching television channels through Kodi.
- Add-ons or add-ons are sometimes unstable or consistent. It is possible that you cannot install the necessary plug-ins to watch ESPN shows on Kodi.
Step 2. Open Kodi
This app is marked by a blue icon with a white “K” on it. Click or touch the icon to open Kodi on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

All available add-ons are sorted alphabetically. Scroll the list to the “E” segment and click or touch “ESPN3 “.

This blue button has a cloud icon with an arrow pointing downwards at the bottom.
Step 9. Click or tap Ok
It's in the upper-right corner of the window, in the middle of the screen. If you're lucky, an ESPN3 add-on with all the support needed will be installed.
Step 10. Return to the “Video Add-ons” menu
Press the “Esc” key on the computer to go back, or touch the back arrow icon on the Android device to access the “Video Add-ons” menu.
Step 11. Click or touch ESPN3
This option is in the list of video add-ons. You can always find ESPN3 add-ons and other video add-ons under the “Video Add-ons” menu.
Step 12. Click or tap the ESPN channel
