Moving photos from your phone to the SD card will help free up additional storage space and internal memory on your phone. Most phones allow you to manage and move photos to the SD card internally, while some phone models may require you to download a third-party app that you can use to manage and transfer files between your phone and the SD card.

Method 1 of 3: Moving Photos on Android
Step 1. Tap on “Menu” and select “File Manager

Step 2. Tap the folder used to store your photos, such as “Gallery” or “Photos
”
Step 3. Select the photos you want to move to the SD card
Step 4. Select the option to "move" or "copy" your photo
Step 5. Navigate to the folder on the SD card that you want to use to save the photos
Step 6. Select "paste
" The photos you selected will now be saved on the SD card.
Method 2 of 3: Moving Photos on Windows Phone
Step 1. Download and install the Files app at
This Files app allows you to move files from your Windows Phone to the SD card.
Step 2. Run the Files app once the app is installed on your phone
Step 3. Tap “Phone

Step 4. Tap “Pictures
”
Step 5. Select the photos you want to move to SD card
Step 6. Tap on the “Move” option located at the bottom of the screen
Step 7. Select the location on the SD card that you want to use to move the photos
Step 8. Tap "move here
" The photos you selected will now be moved to the SD card.
Method 3 of 3: Transferring Photos on Blackberry Phone
Step 1. Press the Blackberry Menu button on your phone
Step 2. Navigate to and select “Media
”
Step 3. Highlight the folder labeled “Pictures
”
Step 4. Press the Blackberry Menu button and select “Explore
”
Step 5. Select “Device” and navigate to “Camera
”
Step 6. Select the photos you want to move to the SD card
Step 7. Press the Blackberry Menu button and select “Cut
”
Step 8. Click the backspace button on the phone until you return to the menu that gives the option "Media Card
