If you look in the refrigerator or freezer, or check the dinner table during a typical day's dinner, you're more likely to find boneless pork on the menu or it will appear on your dinner plate. When preparing pork chops, start by choosing quality pork from your regular butcher, farmer's or grocery store. Safe handling of meat should always be a priority; wash your hands as well as any surfaces that come into contact with raw pork. Cook boneless pork by frying, grilling, sautéing or broiling it, and use your favorite recipes to complete the dish.
Step
Method 1 of 4: Frying Boneless Pork
Step 1. Flatten your boneless pork
This will help the meat cook to the inside when frying, without scorching the outside.
Place each cutlet between 2 sheets of wax paper. With a wooden meat mallet or rolling pin, beat the meat until it is smooth and thin. The ideal thickness is between 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) and 1/4 inch (0.635 cm)
Step 2. Beat the eggs in a plate or bowl and add 2 tablespoons (29.57 ml) of milk or water
Step 3. Place each slice of pork in the egg mixture so that it coats each side
Step 4. Dip the pork into the flour mixture once the meat has been coated with the liquid
Your flour mix depends on what you like. You can use breadcrumbs, flour, crushed crackers, toast or unbaked oats.
Step 5. Long oil in a skillet over medium high heat
For a more brown pork chop, add a little butter to the oil and let it melt.
Step 6. Place each boneless pork in the skillet and cook on each side for about 5 minutes
Step 7. Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes before serving
Method 2 of 4: Grilling Boneless Pork
Step 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)
Step 2. Season your pork
You can make it simple, with just a little salt and pepper, you can also add herbs, spices and vegetables to grill the pork or you can brush it with flour.
Marinate your pork before grilling if you're following a recipe that requires marinating, or you prefer more flavor to your pork. You can marinate your pork in barbecue sauce, teriyaki, citrus, oil and vinegar and even salad dressing
Step 3. Place the pork in a large frying pan or grill
Step 4. Bake the meat in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes
Leave the meat open.
Step 5. Remove the container from the oven and let the pork sit for 3 to 4 minutes before serving
Method 3 of 4: Sauteed Boneless Pork
Step 1. Heat your favorite cooking oil in a skillet over medium high heat
Any vegetable oil or sesame oil can be used.
Add a little butter to the oil if you want the outside of the meat to brown well
Step 2. Season the pork with salt, pepper and any other seasoning or mixture you wish to use
Many pork recipes use rosemary, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, paprika or sage.
Step 3. Cook the pork for about 4 minutes on each side, until brown
Finish the pork in the oven if you are sautéing thick pork. After sauteing until brown on both sides, allow the meat to cook in the hot oven until done
Method 4 of 4: Grilling Boneless Pork
Step 1. Turn on the grill and set it on high heat
Step 2. Brush the pork with salt, pepper and any other seasoning you wish to add
Some roast recipes will coat the meat with barbecue sauce or other sauce.
Step 3. Place the pork at the hottest point on your grill
Step 4. Turn the meat over when you see the edges of the pork become opaque
Cook for the same time on that side.
