Pork chops can be a quick, tasty and appropriate dinner to entertain guests. They taste delicious on their own, but you can also cook them with bread mix or with icing. Read on to learn how to fry pork in three ways.
Ingredients
Ordinary Fried Pork Cutlet
- 4 pieces of Pork
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper for taste
- Spices are not mandatory such as chopped onions, parsley powder, or paprika
Pork Chops with Bread Mix
- 4 pieces of Pork
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Honey-coated Pork Cutlet
- 4 pieces of pork
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper for taste
- 4 tbsp honey
Pork Chops with Kraker
- Pork cutlet
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp of milk
- Cracker Crumbs
- Salt and pepper for taste
- Oil
Pork Chops with Double Bread Mix
- Pork Cutlet
- Flour, Salt and Pepper for the bread mix
- Italian breadcrumbs or Herbes de Provence added to white breadcrumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Step
Method 1 of 5: Plain Fried Pork Chops
Step 1. Start with fresh pork chops
Choose cuts of meat with or without bones. Boneless cuts tend to have less fat, but they are less flavorful. Cuts with bones are less expensive and produce a better taste when cooked.
Step 2. Wash the pork thoroughly and dry it
Step 3. Season the pork chops
Sprinkle salt and pepper on 2 sides. Add other seasonings like onion powder or paprika if you like.
Step 4. Heat the butter in a skillet on medium high heat
Let the butter melt completely before continuing. The skillet should be completely ready and hot.
Step 5. Place the pork chops on the pan
Make sure nothing is piled up. It's okay to fry two pieces first if your pan doesn't have enough to fry four pieces at a time.
Step 6. Turn to the other side after 3-4 minutes
If the cut is thicker, give it more time to cook.
Step 7. Let the other side cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 8. Remove the pork chops from the pan and place them on a plate
Method 2 of 5: Cutlets With Bread Mix
Step 1. Wash the pork chops and pat dry
Step 2. Beat the egg dip
Place the eggs and milk in a bowl and use a whisk to mix them.
Step 3. Mix in the coating flour
Place flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
Step 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan
Pour oil in a skillet and heat it on medium high heat.
Step 5. Dip the pork chops in the egg mixture
Use tongs or your fingers to dip it into the bowl so that the egg coats both sides of the cutlet.
Step 6. Dip in flour mixture
Make sure all the sis is well coated.
Step 7. Place the pork chops on the skillet
Step 8. Repeat the process with the other cuts of meat
Step 9. Turn the meat pieces over in the frying pan after 3-4 minutes
Step 10. Cook the cutlets for 3-4 minutes
They will be ready when they are golden brown.
Step 11. Remove from frying pan and serve
Method 3 of 5: Honey Pork Chops
Step 1. Wash the pork chops and pat dry
Step 2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
Step 3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat
Step 4. Place the pork chops in the frying pan and make sure they don't stack on top of each other
Step 5. Cook the first side for 3-4 minutes
Step 6. Turn the meat pieces over on the frying pan
Step 7. Coat each piece of meat with a tablespoon of honey
Step 8. Turn the cutlet again after 3-4 minutes
Step 9. Remove the pork chops from the frying pan and serve
Method 4 of 5: Pork Chops with Kraker
Step 1. Wash the pork chops
Pat dry with cooking paper..
Step 2. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl
Step 3. In a separate bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, salt and pepper
Step 4. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat
Step 5. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture
Completely cover the pork chop on both sides.
Step 6. Dip each piece of meat that has been dipped in egg into the cracker mixture
Make sure both sides are well coated.
Step 7. Place each piece of pork in the skillet
Step 8. Check the pork chops after 5 minutes
When it is golden brown, flip to the next side.
Step 9. Wait until the other side is golden brown before removing
Cutlets are ready when they are golden brown on the inside and not pink on the inside.
Step 10. Serve immediately
Method 5 of 5: Pork Chops with Double Bread Mix
Step 1. Wash the pork chops and pat dry
Step 2. Make a bread mixture from flour, salt and pepper
- For the second layer, use Italian breadcrumbs or add herbs such as Herbes de Provence to the breadcrumbs.
- If you have grated Parmesan cheese available, add it in a second layer.
Step 3. Beat two eggs together
Use a fork and place each piece of bacon on the egg mixture, then on the flour mixture, coating well.
Step 4. Dip the cutlets in the egg mixture again, and coat them in the second layer
This will create a thicker layer that is crunchy and delicious to eat. Children like it more.
Step 5. Cook in oil on medium temperature
Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Turn the cutlets over to cook an additional 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 6. Dry on parchment paper to keep warm
Step 7. Serve with homemade applesauce and potatoes
Tips
- Adding a half butter and half oil combination can prevent the butter from burning.
- Make sure you buy good and fresh onions. Musty onions are very unwelcome.
