Making flowers is a great way to decorate a room. You can do this for a small fee and add a personal touch to a room. Toilet paper is a great medium to use when trying to make flowers. This is an easy way to make an interesting decoration for a room. Also, you can add color, or use leftover toilet paper rolls to make more flowers.

Method 1 of 3: Making Basic Flowers
Step 1. Gather the ingredients
This basic flower only requires a few things. You will need toilet paper and pipe cleaner. If you don't have a pipe cleaner, you can use a rubber band, a piece of masking tape, or hair clips.
Step 2. Make the base for the flowers
Take toilet paper, 2-6 pieces depending on the size of the flower you want to make, and stack them on top of each other. Form a square of toilet paper and pinch it in the middle, making a ribbon-like shape. Take the pipe cleaner and wrap it tightly around the center of the toilet paper twice. This will replace the hand that has to hold the shape of the ribbon.
Step 3. Make the petals
Hold it in the middle (where the pipe cleaner holds it). Use the other hand to expand and soften the petals. Separate layers of toilet paper and creatively rearrange them to form flower petals. You can collect, tie, or even cut the petals of these flowers to shape them however you want.
While you'll want to see how far the petals can spread, be sure to do so with care. Toilet paper tears easily if you pull it with all your might
Step 4. Repeat the process
Once you get used to producing flower petals, you can make them in a few minutes. Repeat the process of making flowers with different amounts of toilet paper and start cutting them in different sizes to make different flowers. You can attach it to almost anything by wrapping a pipe cleaning rod around a frame. Try making a bouquet or bouquet as an attractive decoration in the room.
Method 2 of 3: Painting Flowers
Step 1. Make the paint
Just mix a few drops of color paint with 2 tablespoons of water in a flat dish. The more drops of food coloring you use, the brighter the paint will be. To keep it looking natural, just use a drop of food coloring with water.
Step 2. Color the ends of the flowers
Carefully dip the tip of the flower into the paint. Keep the flower upside down until the petals dry. This will take about 5-30 minutes, depending on how deep you dip the flowers.
Since you are using toilet paper, the flowers will absorb the paint very quickly. Keep this in mind when dipping the ends of the petals. You barely need to touch the flowers to the paint to quickly add lots of color to the petals
Step 3. Use different colors
Use different plates to apply different colors to the flowers. Once you're comfortable enough dipping, you can even use different colors for a single flower. To do this, simply roll the outer edge of the flower gently through the paint, then dip the higher petals into the second color.
Method 3 of 3: Using a Roll of Tissue
Step 1. Gather the ingredients
These flowers will look more like iron-clad sculptures than soft flowers made of toilet paper. You'll need an empty roll of toilet paper, -you can use any amount you want-glue, pen and scissors.
Hot glue gun works best for this
Step 2. Flatten and mark the toilet paper roll
Take the roll and press it until it is flat. The roll will expand again once you start using it, but the resulting two folds should be visible. Once the roll is flattened, use a pen to mark the toilet paper roll in quarters.
Step 3. Make the petals
Cut along the lines that have been made to produce petals of the same width. Once you've got all the petals you need, start shaping them. Help the roll return to its original shape. Press the folded parts together. You will get cardboard that is oval in shape.
Step 4. Glue the flower petals together using glue
Apply glue along the bottom crease of one of the petals. Apply glue to the bottom crease of the other petal. Continue gluing the petals, one at a time. Making a standard flower will only require 4-8 petals.
- Pair some flowers together to make an interesting decoration. Spray it black, and hang it as if it were a metal ornament.
- Try attaching the gem to the center of the flower using glue.
