Flowers from tissue paper have many benefits, such as as gift decorations, party decorations and to be carried or worn when there are luxurious celebrations. Tissue paper flowers are easy to make, and there are several ways to do it. Try one of these methods of making your own tissue paper at home.

Method 1 of 4: Large Tissue Paper Flowers
Step 1. Organize your paper
Lay each sheet of tissue paper neatly on top of one another. Make sure the edges, sides, and folds meet. If it's not exactly, that's okay, but try to be as close as possible.
Step 2. Fold your paper
Fold the combined sheets of tissue paper accordion-style, making sure that each fold is about 2.5 cm wide. Keep all the sheets folded, and keep going until you run out of paper towels.
Step 3. Fold the paper in half
Fold the paper from end to end to make it easier to open. Do this in each direction to produce a flexible fold.
Step 4. Add wire
Use your wire to wrap around the center of the flower in the crease. Wrap just enough to hold the paper well, and then wrap them together to form a "knot."
Optional: Snap the wire with a stapler. Holding it together, staple it with a stapler through the wire on the accordion tissue paper you just made, and make sure there's enough wire for the stalk
Step 5. Make your own stem
Use the long end of your wire to make flower stalks. You can make it as long or as short as you like, and then trim off the excess. Alternatively, you can choose not to make the stalk and cut the wire at the base of the loop.
Step 6. Unfold the flower
Starting at the top or bottom, fan the tissue paper so that none of the sheets stick together, but don't tear them. Actually here what you are taking off is the accordion roll.
Step 7. Separate the petals
With the fan open, adjust the petals by pulling them out of each other. If necessary, straighten the petals one at a time.
Method 2 of 4: Tissue Paper Daisies
Step 1. Select your paper
For this floral version of tissue paper, you'll need two paper colors/patterns: one for the petals, and one for the center. To make regular daisies, use white paper for the petals and yellow for the center.
Step 2. Cut the paper
For the petals, you don't need to cut the tissue paper because it will be used in full. But to make the middle, cut the paper about the original length of the tissue paper. It doesn't have to be exactly the same, but for a smaller center make the pieces shorter, or cut a little longer for a larger center. You can use several strips of paper for a fuller center.
Step 3. Add texture to the center
Use the scissors to cut out many small parallel strips of paper that will form the center of the flower. Cut inwards from both the top and bottom about in. When you open the flower, it will appear with a beautiful shape.
Step 4. Arrange the tissues
Spread the paper on the table with the paper for the petals on the bottom and the middle tissue on the top. The width should be the same, and the difference is only in the height. Place the shorter paper in the center of the larger paper. You should have at least two large pieces of paper depicting the petals.
Step 5. Fold the paper
Start at one end and start making accordion folds on your paper. To make large, wide petals, make a 2-3-inch cross fold. For lots of cute little petals, fold your paper into sections less than or equal to 1 inch wide. Continue to fold the paper back and forth until you run out.
Step 6. Give the wire in the middle
Wrap a piece of wire around the center of the folded paper. Twist the two ends together so the wire is tight, then trim off the excess. While you want the wire to be tight enough so it doesn't come loose, don't compress or bend the paper too much.
Step 7. Trim the ends
Use the scissors to cut in a semicircle at the top of the petal paper. When you open the paper you will see a regular petal shape instead of a square at the top.
Step 8. Unfold the paper
Pull the ends of the paper outward, away from the center, either above or below the wire. When you pull, the two sides will meet, creating a circular flower shape. Pull the center of the paper towel outward to make the center expand.
Step 9. Show off your daisies
Thread the wire in the middle or put tape on the back to hang the flowers. Show off your easy-to-make and beautiful tissue creations at your next party or get-together!
Method 3 of 4: Roses from Tissue Paper
Step 1. Select your paper
For small rosebuds, use tissue paper cut to size. For large roses, look for the crepe paper of your choice. You can use any color, print, or paper texture you like.
Step 2. Cut your paper
You will need strips of paper 2-5 inches wide. To make a small rose, use paper that is less than 12 inches long. For larger roses, use paper that is more than 12 inches long.
Step 3. Fold your paper
Spread out the paper, and fold the top down. This will result in a long strip that is now size instead of full size. Folding the top down will result in the rose petals being intact and smooth.
Step 4. Start making the flowers
Take the paper from one end, and make a small spiral shape by rolling the paper inward. Squeeze the base of the flower to form a bud.
Step 5. Finish your flower
Continue rolling the flower up along the paper all the way to the top. Wrap the bottom to form the base and use scissors to create a natural (and not square) shape.
Step 6. Add wire
Wrap floral wire around the base to support the flowers. You can cut them short and glue the flowers to any decorative object, or you can cut long wire and use a faux stalk.
Step 7. Done

Method 4 of 4: Flowers from Wrapped Tissue Paper
Step 1. Take a tissue paper
Hold the middle.
If you're used to the right hand, hold the flower on the left and twist it counterclockwise; if you are left-handed, then do the opposite
Step 2. Fold the tissue paper in half
But don't get tangled.
Step 3. Wrap the tissue paper to one side
Step 4. Continue wrapping the tissue paper until one end is deflated and the other is puffed up
Step 5. Pinch the point just below the bulging end with a stapler
Thus, the interest is not released.
Step 6. Attach the feathered wire to the points that have been stapled with the stapler
Step 7. Wrap the hairy wire tightly
This wire will become the flower stem.
Optional: attach plastic leaves
Step 8. Done

Step 9. Show off the different types of flowers you have made
Tips
- You can beautify flowers with spray glue and glitter.
- Spray the flowers from the tissue paper with perfume to make them smell good, or drip some perfumed oil in the middle.
- Try using feathered wire, rubber bands, twine or tie wire as the wire in the center of the flower.
- Cut the tissue paper into sections to make smaller flowers.
