Step 1. Run the Health app on iPhone
The app icon is in the shape of a heart. You can find it on the home screen.
If this is your first time using "Health", a message will appear asking if "Health" can access the data. Select "Allow"

Step 3. Touch Activities
The device screen will show a complete list of your movements tracked by this "Health" application.
Step 4. Touch Walking + Running Distance
This page displays the distance you have walked and run in 4 different ways.

On this chart, you can see the total distance you walked and ran today. If you touch the graph, you can see the distance you've covered in the previous days.

Through this graph, you can see the total distance you walked and ran this week.

Months:
This graph displays the total distance you walked and ran this month.

Here you can see the total distance you walked and ran in a year.
