Part 1 of 2: Choice of How to Whiten Teeth
Step 1. Whiten your teeth with baking soda
If this ingredient is in your toothpaste, that too can be used. Turns out, there are free radicals in baking soda that can get through the enamel and clean the stain. Just dip your toothbrush in baking soda and rub it against your teeth for a few minutes, just like you would brush your teeth.
For the record, there is little debate about the safety of this method. Although effective, some people say that baking soda can damage the tooth enamel, make it brittle, or even damage the entire layer. Just to be safe, don't just rely on this option in the long run
Step 2. Whiten your teeth with strawberries
This delicious fruit contains malic acid, an ingredient that can remove blemishes. Mash one strawberry and mix it with your baking soda paste, apply it to your teeth, and let it sit for five minutes. Clean up and you're all set!
If you're in a hurry, rub the strawberries directly on your teeth (cut them first to get the juices out, of course) and rinse with a glass of water
Step 3. Try coconut oil or apple cider vinegar
Although it is still debated, some people believe that both ingredients are natural teeth whiteners as well. Use it like a mouthwash, or apply it to your teeth and leave it on for about 10 minutes. After that, brush your teeth, rinse your mouth, and see the results!
However, these methods should not be the only ones to rely on. The time it takes for you to notice results may be between a month or two
Step 4. Purchase a teeth whitening kit
This choice is very easy, right? A large department store or pharmacy near you may sell a wide selection of teeth whitening products. Some products may be quite expensive, while others may not -- although all of them will pay off (it's just a matter of time). If you can afford it, then give it a try.
Step 5. Purchase a teeth whitening kit from your dentist
Dentists may provide a selection of strong gels and dental trays that are not available in pharmacies. But if for some reason your dentist doesn't provide one, he or she may be able to provide information on how to get one. You have nothing to lose if you ask!
Teeth gels and trays are very strong teeth whitening options, but the downside is that they may not fit in your mouth. If your jaw shape is, say, a bit quirky, you might have a hard time using it
Step 6. Whiten your teeth professionally
Several cutting-edge technologies are available to whiten and whiten teeth. While there are some procedures that must be done at the dentist's office, there are also some that you can do at home. Ask your dentist for advice.
- This option is probably the fastest way, and of course, the most expensive.

Step 1. Get in the habit of brushing your teeth and flossing
The best way to prevent problems and stains on your teeth is to brush and floss, that's all. Make sure to brush your teeth before and after waking up, as well as after every meal. Food left on your teeth can cause stains -- but if you clean them right away, they won't form.
Try brushing your teeth for a full 2 minutes each time you do this. Brush your tongue and gums too
Step 2. Don't forget the chewing gum and teeth whitening mouthwash too
While brushing and flossing is more important than using mouthwash and chewing gum, the more precautions you take to fight stain formation, the whiter (and whiter) your teeth will be. Between teeth cleaning, chew teeth whitening gum, or rinse your mouth with a whitening mouthwash. This step is also good for your dental health.
This method will not have a big impact if it is not accompanied by other methods, but it can have a little effect if it is accompanied by good brushing and flossing habits. Think of it as a complement in the effort to whiten your teeth
Step 3. Avoid all kinds of tobacco
Everything, including cigarettes, pipe cigarettes, cigars, candy tobacco, and straw tobacco. All of them are harmful to your health and teeth. You may be tempted to think that tobacco gum is safer for your health (and teeth) than smoking cigarettes, but that's not the case. Tobacco gum and straw tobacco contain at least 28 compounds that can cause oral cancer and are much more addictive than nicotine. Your best option is simply to stay away from everything.
Step 4. Reduce your coffee and tea intake
If you can't start the day without consuming it, try using a straw while drinking; so that the liquid coffee and tea does not get on your teeth. But it's even better to stop taking it altogether, so if you can avoid it, do it.
And no, cream or milk will not reduce stains on your teeth. The enamel destroyer is still contained in it. So, unless your cup contains a lot more cream (thus setting the coffee aside), the lighter color of the drink won't do you much good
Step 5. Cover the holes in your teeth
Currently, fillings with a color like the middle tooth are preferred. However, you may still use a very striking black amalgam filling. If you have little money, consider replacing it with a composite in a tooth-like color.

Step 6. Visit the dentist more often than you need to
Come to clean your teeth to keep your smile white and bright. Also, your dentist can spot problems in your teeth early, so that's all good.
Step 7. Wear blue
As it turns out, blue (on your body or lips) will make ivory appear whiter. So, wear a navy blue collared t-shirt, or some berry lip gloss, instead of a bright red sweater and a similar shade of lipstick. Of course, the whiter teeth will wear off once you remove them, but it can be a quick fix for a while!
However, do not use lipstick or liquid lipstick that is not glossy (matte), even if it contains a blue color. Lipstick like this will make your teeth look dull and not bright. Use lip gloss to make your teeth look bright and shiny
Step 8. Eat crunchy foods
Apples, fresh chickpeas, celery, carrots, raw cauliflower, broccoli… and more. Basically, any hard fruit or vegetable can be used as a toothbrush for your teeth. So if you don't have a toothbrush in your bag, and you've just had a cup of coffee, an apple can help you fight the stain.
