However, cookies can also sometimes be used to track users and deliver advertisements. Some people prefer to disable cookies to maintain their privacy. Method 1 of 7: Google Chrome (Desktop Computer)

In older versions, select "Block sites from setting any data"

Alternatively, you can block cookies for specific websites. Do this by clicking Add next to "Block" and enter the address of the site whose cookies you want to block. Next, click Add.

next to "Clear cookies and site data when you quit Chrome".
This will delete the existing cookies every time the Chrome browser is closed. In the future, all existing cookies will be deleted every time Chrome is closed.
If you don't want the cookies to be deleted every time Chrome is closed, disable this setting the next time you start Chrome

Cookie settings in the safari browser can be changed via the Settings app on the iOS device.
You won't be able to block cookies in Chrome for iPad or iPhone due to Apple's restrictions on third-party browsers. If you want to block cookies on the Chrome browser on your iOS device, you must do so in Incognito Mode or switch to Safari

Alternatively, you can block certain websites by clicking Manage Permissions under "Cookies and Site Data". Enter the address of the site you want to block in the bar that says "Address of Website" and click Block.
