Cool, refreshing, and easy to make, the piña colada is Puerto Rico's official drink. Made with coconut cream and pineapple juice, this pure version is just as delicious as the original. If you want to know how to make an alcohol-free drink from this fruit drink, see Step 1.

Step
Method 1 of 3: Classic Piña Colada
Step 1. Put coconut cream, ice and pineapple juice in a blender
This drink mixes immediately when you add all the ingredients at once. Set aside pineapple slices for garnish.
Step 2. Beat until the ice is crushed
It may take a while to get the creamy texture of a classic piña colada.
Step 3. Pour into two glasses
You can use hurricane glass (a kind of tall glass) to make it feel festive.
Step 4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherries
Float the pineapple ring over the drink and place the cherry in the center of the ring.
Step 5. Done
Method 2 of 3: Pia Colada Banana
Step 1. Whisk the ice, pineapple juice and coconut milk
Continue until the mixture is nice and smooth, rich and creamy.
Step 2. Add the banana and pineapple chunks
Beat again until the blended mixture has a smoothie-like texture.
Step 3. Pour into two glasses
Since a piña colada is similar to a smoothie, you can pour it into two tall glasses. Add a straw to make it easier to drink.
Step 4. Garnish with pineapple slices
The drink will look more festive if you put a few pineapple rings on the rim of the glass.
Method 3 of 3: Piña Colada Berry
Step 1. Mix ice, coconut cream and pineapple juice
Keep beating until really smooth and creamy.
Step 2. Add the berries
You can use strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a combination of the three! Puree fruit with a creamy base to make a colorful drink.
Step 3. Pour into two glasses
Use a transparent glass so you can admire the pretty colors of the piña colada.
Step 4. Garnish with some fruit slices on top
Enjoy drinks with a straw.
