Method 1 of 3: Eating Raw Camembert Cheese
Step 1. Leave the cheese on the counter until it is at room temperature
Cammbert cheese is best served at room temperature, not straight from the fridge. Take it out of the fridge for 30 minutes before eating it to give the cheese some time to warm up.
Step 2. Cut the cheese
To cut the camembert cheese, cut it like you would slice a pizza. The easiest way is to cut from the center with a sharp cheese knife.
A cheese knife has a hole in the blade to prevent the cheese from sticking. However, you can also use any kind of sharp knife
Step 3. Taste the edges to see if you like the taste
The edges of the camembert cheese are safe to eat, but the flavor can be quite strong. You can eat cheese with the edges or not. So, taste it first.
- Taste a slice of cheese including the rim and another slice of cheese without the rim.
- If you don't like the edges, throw it away and eat the inside of the cheese instead.
Step 4. Enjoy the camembert cheese with crackers or bread and preserves or honey
Cut the cheese and use a knife to spread it on a cracker or a slice of French bread. Eat it like this, or add a little honey or preserves on top.

Before cutting the edges, camembert cheese usually lasts 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator and 6 months or more in the freezer

Step 1. Bake the cheese in the wooden box to get the cheese warm easily
Remove the cheese from the box and remove all wrappings. Put the cheese back in the box, and place it on the baking sheet uncovered. Heat the cheese in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 °C. After 10 minutes, make sure the cheese is melted before removing it from the oven.

Step 2. Melt the cheese over the coals if you are grilling
If you've heated the grill for dinner, cook the camembert over the coals as an appetizer or dessert. Wrap the cheese tightly in aluminum foil, then bake over the coals for 20-30 minutes. Use tongs to pick it up, then put it back in the wooden box.
As an accompaniment, you can heat freshly made garlic bread with cheese
Step 3. Heat the bacon-wrapped cheese in a skillet for a delicious serving
Wrap the cheese with a few thin slices of bacon. Make sure the cheese is tightly wrapped in several layers of bacon. Heat a skillet with a little butter or olive oil. Place the camembert cheese on a skillet and heat both sides of the bacon and cheese.

Step 1. Cut the cheese to mix the lettuce
Try mixing lettuce with a spicy green vegetable like arugula, then adding chunks of camembert cheese. Cut a small slice of apple or pear and sprinkle with a handful of pecans or walnuts. You can even add a few chopped onions for a delicious finish.

Step 2. Melt the camembert cheese in your favorite carb-rich recipe
Use camembert cheese instead of cream or milk. For example, melt on pasta-based foods including cheese and macaroni servings or a simple mix of mushroom pasta and camembert cheese. You can also mix it with mashed potatoes. Just add the cheese at room temperature before the potatoes are mashed.
For these dishes, it is better to cut the edges of the cheese and only use the inside of the cheese if you want to make it part of the sauce
Step 3. Make a simple panini (Italian sandwich) or a sandwich with grilled cheese
Spread butter on the outside of two slices of bread. Place the buttered bread on a preheated skillet or panini toaster. Add chunks of camembert cheese on top of the bread, then spread or top it with delicious jam. Place another slice of bread on top, then toast both sides of the bread.

Step 4. Fry the camembert cheese pieces
Cut into cubes of cheese and coat with flour mixed with salt and a little sprinkle of dry thyme. Dip the cheese into the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs. Place the cheese into the hot oil to a depth of 5-8 cm, then cook until the cheese is golden brown.
