Sometimes getting out of bed in the morning and going to the bathroom is the most horrible thing you can do all day. You look for the light switch, look in the mirror, and the reflection is surprising enough to wake you from sleep. While it's fine if you don't need coffee in the morning, it's even better if you wake up feeling (and looking) beautiful. With a few healthy daily habits and a regular bedtime routine, you will look at your reflection in the mirror and say, "Good morning, beautiful!" and believe it.

Part 1 of 2: Mastering Your Nighttime Habits

Step 1. Wash off Adna's makeup with a gentle cleanser

At the end of the day, your face has gone through a lot. Repeated make-up, sun exposure, exposure to dust and dirt – and all of them are bound to cause an overnight mess (leading to breakouts), wash your face before bed. Choose a cleanser that is moisturizing and has a calming aroma. This will leave your face feeling soft, smooth and clean.

  • If you leave makeup stains (eye makeup or otherwise) on your pillow, use a mild makeup remover, too. Chances are your cleaner isn't strong enough.
  • Some women like to wash their face in the morning, too. If your face is a bit oily, this is a good idea. But this cleanser should have a citrus scent; cleansers with lemon, orange, mango, or pomegranate scents can make you feel more energized.

Step 2. Moisturize

Your skin, especially your face, is very important. After you wash your face, apply a moisturizer to prevent your skin from drying out. Unscented lotions are fine, but creams designed for your face are better. And if you are approaching the age that starts to show wrinkles, buy a good night cream. Better to start early!

You really have to moisturize everywhere. Take one day to cover your hands and feet with lotion or body butter and go to bed wearing socks and gloves. An 8-hour moisturizing session will leave your hands and feet as soft as a baby's bottom

Step 3. Brush, clean, and use mouthwash regularly

Your teeth are what people see when you smile, so do your best for them! Always brush your teeth in the morning and at night, to avoid bad breath and maintain good oral hygiene. Use a good toothpaste, and change your toothbrush every 3 months, to make sure what you put in your mouth is clean.

If yellow teeth are your problem, an easy and quick (and cheap!) option is to apply baking soda to your toothbrush after you brush your teeth every night and apply a small amount of scrubbing to your white teeth. Baking soda is a natural bleaching agent and a small amount is enough to remove stubborn yellow stains

Step 4. Treat your hair well

8 hours of tossing and turning on the pillow can damage your hair. Since you may not be able to avoid involuntarily changing positions during sleep, tie your hair in a bun or loose braids before bed. You'll wake up with thick, naturally wavy hair!

For hair products, spend on occasional layer treatments. About twice a month, condition your hair and leave it overnight. The additional nutrients will be absorbed by your hair, making it shiny and beautiful

Step 5. Make sure you have good hygiene

If you sweat a lot or sometimes forget to put on your deodorant in the morning, apply a strong clinical deodorant before bed. If you forget to add some more in the morning, the deodorant still works all day long. Meaning no deodorant stains on your black T-shirt in the morning!

Just in case, make sure you shower regularly. If you routinely move, then do it twice. Use a good soap and scrub your body

Part 2 of 2: Having Beautiful Habits

Step 1. Drink plenty of water

By now you may have heard of the miracle that water – is good for your hair, nails and skin. Water can prevent acne breakouts and give you the naturally glowing skin you crave. Oh, and good for your organs, too!

8 glasses of water a day is fine, but try to consume more. It can even help you lose weight! Increase your consumption by a liter and you can lose 2.5 kg without realizing it. Cold water can boost your metabolism and get rid of your appetite, too

Step 2. Avoid foods and drinks that are bad for your skin

If you've been through a late night that involves chips, candy, and beer, you'll know where this habit will take you. Oily, fatty, and sweet foods can cause acne. Salty foods and alcohol can cause bloating and your face may bulge in the morning. These foods are not only bad for your outer body, they are also bad for your inner body! Another reason to eat healthy food.

You are doing your body good if you drink lots of water and don't eat too much before bed. Eat a light dinner and avoid consuming more than one alcoholic drink and piling on sugar and salt

Step 3. Do Yoga

Just take 10 minutes in the morning to do some yoga stretches and get your blood flowing (to give your face a more natural color) and synovial fluid (the fluid that lubricates your joints). And it will wake you up! Nothing can give you a boost of endorphins throughout the day than getting up in the morning naturally.

Step 4. Meditate

After doing the Surya Namaskara pose, take another 10 minutes to do a little meditation, clear your mind and increase your positive energy. Smiling can make us more beautiful, so focus your thoughts on a positive path to reassure yourself. Spending a few minutes with a clear mind can make your whole day easier to pass.

Step 5. Sleep on your back

8 hours of propping your head up (even up to 5 kg!) can do bad things to your face. Therefore, try to position yourself to sleep with your back. Sleeping on your stomach or on your side puts weight on your face, and will result in wrinkles and a puffy face.

A satin or silk pillow is a good investment, too, and the more the better. A softer pillow will prevent your hair from breaking and sleeping on a slight incline (slightly raised) prevents your face from bulging. Gravity helps to prevent blood flow and spleen from accumulating

Step 6. Get more sleep

Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Sleep with two pillows! When we don't get enough sleep, even our skin will tire – it will sag, and lose its glow. Your blood vessels will dilate (not a good thing) and you will be stressed all day, leading to more problems. So don't take the risk! Take some more time to rest pretty – it's free and tastes great.

Your body actually goes into repair mode while you sleep, both your brain and your muscles and skin. Newly regenerated cells. However, too much sleep is also not good. Do it between 7-9 hours

Tips

  • Use anti-heat spray before straightening your hair so it doesn't burn.
  • Believe in yourself. If you say "I am beautiful" then you will think that and the thought should stay in your mind.
  • Get a good night's sleep; don't stay up late. To have a beautiful face and a calm day you need to be cheerful and well rested. Try to get up early on the weekends. Lying in bed all day just because it's the weekend isn't good for your face, you'll be tired and lazy all day.
  • Exfoliating will leave your skin soft in the morning (don't do it more than three times a week).
  • Remember to brush your teeth. Frequent brushing will make them look better (and whiter) than using any other teeth whitener.
  • Let your tanned skin and nail polish dry before you work.
  • People under the age of 16 should not use teeth whitening (because it can remove tooth enamel)
  • Remember: true beauty comes from within! No hair treatment or face wash will make you glow as well as your confidence.
  • If you want to get a quality and relaxing sleep before going to bed, have a glass of green tea and listen to some relaxing/classic tunes like Vivaldi or Reggae.
  • If you have long hair, braid it before bed. Your hair won't tangle in the morning, saving you time.
  • If you are over 21, you can use Saki as a makeup remover. Just put a little on a cotton ball and remove your makeup. Good for your skin and can remove everything!
