AirAsia is a low-cost airline from Malaysia that offers domestic and international flights to more than 400 cities in 25 countries. Step 1. Access the AirAsia website
Visit AirAsia's official webpage and use the login option under the “My Account” section. Enter the email address and password used to book your flight, or log in using your Facebook account for faster access.

Step 2. Create an account
If you previously made a booking by telephone or a second party affiliate site such as Expedia, you will need to create a user account on the AirAsia website before being able to check the booking via the internet. From the main page of the AirAsia website, click on the "My Account" drop-down menu and select the "Sign Up Now" option. Enter the requested information and select the desired language to receive updates. You can also create an account using a Facebook account to save time.
After registering an account through the AirAsia website, you can check your booking and flight details at any time via your computer or mobile device
Step 3. Review the account
Once logged into your account, you can use the “My Bookings” page to view your scheduled flights, departure and arrival times, financial transactions and other accommodations that have been booked with your flight.
- From the AirAsia website, you can also confirm your booking, choose your seat, and track your lost or left luggage.
- Bookings can be changed or canceled as needed through your account.
Step 4. Check email
Alternatively, you can check flight status and booking details online via private email. After booking your flight through AirAsia, you will receive a confirmation email with flight details and an itinerary link. Click the link to access an itinerary document with a summary of all booking information.
The summary email also includes a list of things to bring or pay attention to regarding the flight, such as travel laws, airline policies, boarding hours, and a reminder to bring the appropriate identification documents with you when you depart
Step 5. Print order details
Open the itinerary attachment in the email or select the flight information in the “My Bookings” section of the AirAsia website, then print the page. Now, you have a physical copy of your order details that you can read back whenever needed.
- If you don't have a printer, write down the relevant information on a piece of paper or a notebook.
- You can also log in to the mobile version of the AirAsia website via your smartphone and use the screenshot feature to take a snapshot of your itinerary or account summary.

Step 1. Contact the company directly
AirAsia operates several telephone service centers in Asia, Australia and Europe with agents tasked with providing information and answering customer inquiries. Visit the AirAsia website or search for information about the airline to get the phone number of the nearest AirAsia call center.

Step 2. Request booking information from an AirAsia representative
AirAsia agents are ready to share flight and account details for customers who need assistance. Ask the agent for the required information.

Step 3. Change or cancel flights via call
Notify the AirAsia representative of any necessary changes or cancellations. Usually, the airline can make adjustments via a phone call.
Ask the agent to confirm the status of the pre-booked flight to ensure there are no “surprises” at the time of departure
Step 4. Record the information provided
Write down important details like flight number, departure time, gate number and seat so you don't have to check your booking summary repeatedly, unless you need to make changes.
