Tips
- You can use other vegetables in place of the vegetables on the list, so find a combination of vegetables that you like best. Make sure that you experiment with your homemade food!
- Be careful not to touch your eyes after touching the cayenne pepper. Wash your hands until they are completely clean. If the red chilies come into contact with the eyes, the sting caused will be similar to the stinging taste from pepper spray.
- Have a clean, medium-sized cooktop.
- Cut and clean the vegetables in a different place from the butcher. If you don't do it in two different places, this can lead to cross-contamination, which is not good for health.
- Make sure that you chop the vegetables before you start, so the cooking process will go more smoothly.
- If the cooking process feels tedious, try listening to your favorite song while you're at it.
- Make sure that you wash all the vegetables before cooking them!
