- 3-5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- bunch of fresh coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1-2 tsp. adobo seasoning made from canned chipotle chilies (you can buy ready-made adobo seasonings at supermarkets that sell imported ingredients such as Ranch Market)
- -1 tsp. sugar
- Enough lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
- Pinch of allspice powder (optional)
- Pinch of cumin powder (optional)
Salsa Sauce with Tropical Fruit
- honey pineapple or other sweet pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 mango or papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
- -1 fresh jalapeno or serrano peppers

- Squeeze 1 lemon

Method 1 of 8: Preparing Fresh Chilies for Making Salsa Sauce
Step 1. Grind the fresh chilies before using them to make the salsa sauce
If you are using fresh chilies, make sure you apply the method below to peel the skin off. Basically, there are two basic methods that you can use, namely to burn the chili on the stove or to roast it briefly without oil.
