Step 1. Open the Photoshop file
Click the blue icon that says PS, then click File in the menu bar and Open…. After that, select the file you want to open and click Open.
To open a new document, click New… on the drop down menu File.
Step 2. Activate the Type Tool
To do this, click the lettered icon T in the Tools menu on the left side of the screen.
Step 3. Click inside the text box
Click where you want the bullet to be placed.
If you haven't created a text box yet, hold down and drag the Type Tool to create a text box to fill in the bullets. After that, click the text box where you want the bullet to be added

Step 1. Open the Photoshop file
