If you recently changed your Facebook password, you may have trouble connecting Candy Crush to your Facebook account. You may see the Sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom right now error message. If you can't connect to Candy Crush, there are several ways you can try to restore access.
Note: Candy Crush account connection issue to Facebook is a classic problem that has haunted players for years. This issue is sometimes fixed by the developer, but comes back again. The methods below might help you so you can play again, but these account connection issues are out of your control until the developer fixes the error.

Method 1 of 2: Via Computer
Step 1. Remove Candy Crush from the phone
On iOS, tap and hold the Candy Crush Saga icon until the icon wiggles, then tap the "x" button above the icon. On Android, open the Settings menu, select Applications, find Candy Crush Saga, and select Uninstall.
Since your game data is linked to your Facebook account, you don't have to worry about starting from scratch. You will only lose game progress on mobile since Facebook account is not connected
Step 2. Reinstall Candy Crush
Once the app is uninstalled, open the app store on your phone. Download and reinstall Candy Crush, but don't open the app once installed.
Step 3. Open Facebook on the computer
Open a web browser and visit Facebook. Enter your username and password.
Step 4. Open the Candy Crush Saga app
Access the app from the menu bar on the left of the Facebook screen. Candy Crush Saga will appear on the list. If the app doesn't appear, search for "candy crush saga" in the search bar at the top of the page.
Step 5. Click Play on Phone located in the lower left corner of the screen once the game has finished loading
Candy Crush Saga is now reconnected with your Facebook account, and your game progress on your mobile will be synced with your Facebook account.
Method 2 of 2: Via Mobile
Step 1. Delete Candy Crush from the phone permanently
Since your game data is linked to your Facebook account, you don't have to worry about starting from scratch.
Step 2. Reinstall Candy Crush
Open the app store on your phone, then download and install Candy Crush again.
Step 3. Delete Facebook from your phone permanently
Step 4. Reinstall Facebook
Open the app store on your phone, then download and reinstall Facebook.
Step 5. Once the Facebook app is downloaded, open the app and log in with your Facebook account
After logging into Facebook, return to the main screen, but don't sign out of your account
Step 6. Open Candy Crush by tapping its icon on the phone's main screen
Step 7. Connect the game to Facebook
On the Candy Crush main screen, tap Connect. Now, you can continue the game.
