If you have a question or concern that you would like to raise with eBay, you will be directed to an automated system. The company no longer provides email or live chat options to serve customers. Fortunately, this automated service system is quite easy to navigate once you click "Contact Us".

Method 1 of 3: Desktop Computer
Step 1. Visit eBay.com
Type in your username and password if you are not logged in yet.
Step 2. Click Help & Contact
This link is in the top left corner.
Step 3. Click Contact us
It's a blue button in the lower-right side of the window.
Step 4. Click a category
Choose the category that best fits the reason you contacted eBay: Buying; Selling (sales); Accounts (accounts); Returns (return); or Fees & Billing (fees and bills).
Step 5. Click a topic
After determining the category, you must choose one of the topics provided.
Step 6. Click a subtopic
Step 7. Click one of the contact options
After selecting a subtopic, you will be presented with contact options at the bottom of the window. Choose one of the options you want: Call Us (contact us), Call Me (contact me), or Ask the Community (ask the community).
