Baileys Irish Cream is a liqueur made from whiskey, cream and cocoa extract. Many people drink it straight with ice or mix it in one-gulp drinks, martinis, and Irish coffee. Some people even mix Baileys with hot chocolate or a milkshake. Regardless of the method used to consume it, this drink can always be an interesting addition to your liquor cabinet.
Step
Method 1 of 5: Mixing Baileys with Irish Coffee
Step 1. Brew your coffee
Strong coffee is best suited. Use the automatic drip method, French press, or pour over. Instant coffee can also be used.
Step 2. Make the whipped cream
Pour 240 ml of heavy cream and 44 ml of Baileys drink into a metal bowl. Use an electric stirrer to mix the mixture until the top thickens.
Step 3. Mix whiskey, sugar and coffee
Prepare a tall glass and pour the following ingredients:
- 30 to 44 ml Irish whiskey (this whiskey works well with Irish coffee, but you can also use bourbon, other whiskey or rye).
- 15 ml brown sugar (white sugar can also be used, as can honey, maple syrup, or other sweetener).
- About 240 ml of coffee. Leave a 1.3 cm long section at the top to add the whipped cream.
Step 4. Finish making the drink by adding the whipped cream
Complete your drink with the whipped cream and Baileys mixture you made in step two.
Method 2 of 5: Making Baileys Drink in One gulp
Step 1. Add sourness to cream and coffee with B-52
B-25 is a drink layer made from the thickest liquid at the bottom of a sip glass. Pour 15 ml of Kahlua, 15 ml of Baileys, then 15 ml of Triple Sac (orange based liquor) to create a triple layered combination of coffee, cream and sourness.
Tip:
To pour drinks neatly, Turn the spoon down over the glass, then pour it slowly your drink to the layer below it.
Step 2. Make a Blow Job drink for a creamy taste
Blow Job is a drink made from Baileys Irish Cream and whipped cream so it is liked by milk fans. Give this drink an extra layer instead of stirring or mixing it. Start by pouring 15 ml of Amaretto into a sipping glass, then add 6 ml of Baileys and finish the drink by adding as much whipped cream as possible.
Traditionally, this drink must be consumed without using hands. The person who drinks it must put his hands behind the body, then lift and drink only with his mouth
Step 3. Make a Screaming Orgasm drink for a sweet liquor
Pour 7.4 ml of Baileys, vodka, Amaretto and Kahlua each into the cocktail shaker. Whisk with ice until it turns cold and perfectly mixed. Strain and pour into a sip glass.
Method 3 of 5: Making a Baileys Martini
Step 1. Make a classic Baileys martini
Mix 59 ml Baileys with 7.4 ml vodka. Beat the mixture with ice with a cocktail shaker, then strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Step 2. Satisfy coffee lovers with a Baileys plain white martini
Pour 5.9 ml Baileys, 30 ml espresso and 30 ml vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake the drink until cool and well-blended, then strain and pour into a martini glass.
Step 3. Create a sweet taste sensation with Baileys Chocolatini drink
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour in 44 ml Baileys, 44 ml vanilla vodka and 7.4 ml chocolate liqueur. Shake the drink, then strain and pour into a martini glass.
- As a garnish, you can decorate the glass with grated chocolate or drip chocolate syrup on the inside of the glass before pouring the drink.
- If you prefer the taste of coffee, substitute dark chocolate for coffee for a classic mudslide. Pour the drink into a rocks glass or martini glass. You can even serve it frozen as a side dish for an extra fresh snack.
Step 4. Make a Baileys Jack Knife for a tougher martini
Make this strong drink by mixing 59 ml Baileys with 59 ml whiskey. Beat the mixture until cool, then strain and pour into a martini glass.
Method 4 of 5: Adding Enjoyment to Hot Chocolate with Baileys
Step 1. Prepare the hot chocolate
You'll add Baileys at the end of the process so you can make your own hot chocolate recipe. Combine cocoa, milk and sugar and cook on the stove. Instant hot chocolate can also be used, as well as hot chocolate with added mint or caramel flavors.
Step 2. Add Baileys
Mix 59 ml to 100 ml Baileys for every 240 ml of hot chocolate. Add a little first, then taste to adjust the taste before adding more.
Step 3. Reheat
If the Baileys is at room temperature, it won't change the temperature of the hot chocolate too much so you only need to heat it for about a minute. If you are taking Baileys that have been refrigerated, you may need to reheat them for about 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Step 4. Finish making the drink by garnishing it
Complete the hot chocolate with mini marshmallows or whipped cream and grated chocolate. Use this as an extra garnish:
- Add a sprinkling of chocolate sauce.
- Dip the chocolate wafers into the whipped cream.
- Serve the milkshakes with straws from the cake.
Method 5 of 5: Get creative with Baileys Milk Shakes
Step 1. Select the ice cream to use
Chocolate and vanilla are two classic choices, but you're free to get creative. Choose a flavor that goes well with Baileys. Baileys and coffee ice cream go well, but you can also choose the flavors of mint chocolate chip, peanut butter, rum and raisin, pumpkin, or cake and cream.
Step 2. Choose the flavors to mix
Choose a flavor that goes well with Baileys, such as chocolate, sour drink, or Amaretto. Consider adding:
- Syrup, such as hot fudge, caramel, or butterscotch.
- Fresh fruit, such as bananas, peaches, or strawberries.
- Peanuts, walnuts or almonds.
Step 3. Combine the ice cream, Baileys, and additional mixture and stir until you reach the desired consistency
For one serving of milk shake, mix 240 ml of ice cream with 59 Baileys and 120 ml of milk, then mix in a blender or milk shaker.
- To make a thicker milkshake, reduce the amount of milk.
- To make the milkshake more fluid, add a little more milk.
Step 4. Top your drink with whipped cream
You can use canned whipped cream, or go the extra mile and make your own whipped cream by mixing 240 ml of heavy cream and 44 ml of Baileys drink in a metal bowl and mixing with an electric mixer until it thickens.
