Step
Method 1 of 3: Making Garlic Cream Sauce
Step 1. Melt the butter and olive oil
Heat 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil in a teflon over medium heat.
Step 2. Puree the garlic if not already
Peel the garlic, then chop the garlic until just two tablespoons.
Step 3. Add the garlic to the Teflon
Once the butter and oil have melted and mixed well, slowly add the onions and stir.
Cook until the garlic is soft and fragrant, but don't let the onions turn brown
Step 4. Make the sauce dough
Add flour to Teflon and mix until smooth. Make sure the flour is thoroughly mixed. Continue to cook and stir over medium heat for one minute.
As you stir and cook it, the dough will thicken and darken in color
Step 5. Heat the broth and cream
You can either microwave them until they are warm or you can heat them in separate Teflon. Heat, but do not boil.
Step 6. Put two glasses of cream and broth into the Teflon
Add the heated cream and broth to the Teflon while stirring. Continue to stir and cook over medium heat until it starts to heat up and bubbles slightly.
Step 7. Keep stirring then season
Keep stirring the sauce so it doesn't stick to the Teflon. Add salt and pepper to taste. The sauce will thicken after a few minutes.
The sauce should still bubble a little. But remember, don't boil the sauce
Step 8. Add the Parmesan cheese, then remove from the heat
Stir in the cheese, then continue to cook if you want the sauce to be thicker. When you feel that you have had enough, remove the sauce from the stove.
Method 2 of 3: Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
Step 1. Turn on the oven
Preheat the oven to 204 degrees Celsius. Also prepare a sheet of aluminum foil of 30x30 cm.
Step 2. Prepare the garlic
Prepare your garlic and place it on the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil, then wrap the onion in the aluminum foil.
Step 3. Roast the garlic
Place the wrapped garlic in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. The garlic will be soft when finished roasting. Remove the onions from the oven and remove from the aluminum foil. Chill.
Step 4. Squeeze the garlic then put it in the teflon along with the olive oil
The onions should be soft enough to squeeze or press easily on the Teflon. Squeeze all the onions, then put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a teflon and heat over medium heat.
Step 5. Make the dough
Add flour to Teflon and mix until smooth. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes darker.
Step 6. Heat 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
You can heat the broth in the microwave while cooking the dough. Or, you can heat the broth in a separate saucepan. Don't let the broth boil.
Step 7. Add and stir the broth with the sauce mixture
Add the broth little by little into the Teflon while stirring it. The cooking process should be long enough for the broth to seep into the batter.
Step 8. Keep stirring and cooking the sauce
Keep the heat on the stove, or lower it slightly if the sauce starts to boil. The sauce will start to thicken quickly.
You will see the sauce evaporate little by little. Keep stirring the sauce to prevent this
Step 9. Add whipping cream
Add and stir until smooth. Then remove from the stove.
Step 10. Stir the sauce in a blender
Blend the sauce until smooth.
Blending the sauce will also smooth out any lumps of dough that may not be mixing well
Step 11. Taste the sauce and season
Add salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or reheat with Teflon on low heat.
Method 3 of 3: Using Garlic Cream Sauce
Step 1. Make pizza sauce
This will be an alternative to red sauce and give it a different taste.
Use onions, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, artichokes, chicken or broccoli as toppings
Step 2. Use as a pasta sauce
Pour over cooked fettuccine, penne, or linguine or pour over lasagna.
If you're using the sauce on pasta, try adding lemon juice to your sauce for added flavor
Step 3. Pour over the steaks
Steaks are usually eaten with butter or other sauces. Garlic cream sauce can be an alternative that is no less delicious.
Step 4. Use this sauce to coat the seafood
Shrimp and scallops go well with this sauce.
Pour this sauce over the seafood pasta to enrich the taste
Step 5. Use as a dip
You can make it a dip for bread, crackers, vegetables, or French fries. Just prepare a large plate of snacks along with a small plate of garlic cream sauce as a dipping sauce.
