You can make a Beyblade with attack, defense, stamina, and a Beyblade with a balanced ability. Of course, each Beyblade has its own special power. Part 1 of 2: Creating the Beyblade Structure
Step 1. Make the basic structure of the Beyblade first
In making your own Beyblade, the basic ingredient that is considered the best material to make a Beyblade is a large rubber eraser. The eraser has sufficient weight to allow the Beyblade to spin more forcefully. Apart from that, you can also decorate and modify your Beyblade more easily. Look for a large white rubber eraser-a circular one if possible-to use as the body of your Beyblade.
- If you can't find a suitable eraser, you can make a Beyblade body using white Styrofoam. Use thick white Styrofoam sheets.
- You can also make a Beyblade body by using several pieces of thick cardboard that are glued together.
Step 2. Cut the rubber eraser according to the size of the Beyblade
Use scissors or a knife to cut the rubber eraser neatly into the Beyblade's body circle. In order for your Beyblade to spin for a long time without wobbling, the circle you create must be perfectly round. The imbalance of the circular shape will cause your Beyblade to wobble the next time you spin it.
- To make a perfect circle shape, use a small drinking glass, candle holder or other object with a circular base and place the object on top of the eraser. Use a pencil to trace the outline of the object's circle.
- Cut the circle using scissors or a knife. Use the cutter that best matches the base material you are using.
Step 3. Place a push pin (a pin used for attaching paper to a board) to the center of the circle
Take a long push pin and insert it perpendicularly from the center of the circle until the needle goes through the other side of the circle. The push pin will become the handle of the Beyblade that you use to turn the Beyblade, while the tip of the needle will serve as the turning point of the Beyblade. After you attach the push pins, test your Beyblade to make sure that your Beyblade rotates properly and is balanced.
- If your Beyblade wobbles or wobbles as it spins, double-check the push pins you installed and make sure the push pins are snugly in the center of the circle.
- Alternatively, you can use nails or bolts if you don't use push pins. Press the nail or bolt right in the center of the circle, until the end is through the other side of the circle.

- Use permanent markers with sharp colors (such as black and red or green and orange) to color your Beyblade.
- Draw a design on your Beyblade to show that your Beyblade is an attacking Beyblade. One design that is quite popular is the dragon head design.
Step 2. Create a defensive Beyblade
This type of Beyblade is used to defend against various types of Beyblade attacks. Although it may not look as great as the attacking Beyblade, the defensive Beyblade has its own strengths.
- Draw a circle around the sides of the Beyblade's body.
- Use a permanent marker in neutral colors (such as blue and green) to color your Beyblade.
- Draw a design on your Beyblade that depicts defense. Some popular design choices are the killer whale design or the face design of a fighter.
Step 3. Make Beyblade Stamina
This type of Beyblade can spin as long as you want. The spin can even last longer than other types of Beyblade spins. To make this Beyblade, first make sure your Beyblade can rotate well, then add other characteristics that indicate that the Beyblade is a stamina Beyblade.
- Draw a swirling pattern that resembles the swirl of the wind around your Beyblade's body.
- Use silver and gold colored pens or markers to color the base of your Beyblade body.
- Draw a design that represents stamina, such as a blazing flame design.
Step 4. Make a Beyblade of equal strength
This type of Beyblade combines the three powers of the Beyblade, resulting in a balanced power. You can use this type of Beyblade for a variety of things, whether it's attacking, defending, or spinning for a long time.
