Step 1. Start with 30.48 x 2.5 cm paper cut into 5.08 cm size

Connect the two triangles by inserting the crease of the top edge of the diamond into the bottom corner.

Step 17. Press down on the center

Step 18. Roll the 2.54 cm rectangle you have separated into a tube

Glue it with tape or glue.
