Ask for help from someone you trust if you can't deal with someone who attacks or hurts you with words or actions regarding your tiny body. Always report to the police if someone hurts you or threatens to physically harm you.

  • If you are an adult, talk to a friend, mentor, therapist or human resources department at your office if this is an issue with a coworker.
