Here's a quick and simple recipe for making yeast-free crust or pizza dough, which is delicious and easy to make. It's a delicious substitute for traditional dough for people with yeast allergies, or if you just don't have enough time to develop pizza dough before baking.
Ingredients
Servings: 4
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
 - Cooking time: 15 to 25 minutes
 - 450 g flour
 - 3 tsp (13 g) bakpuder (baking powder)
 - 1 tsp (6 g) salt
 - 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
 - 180 - 240 ml of water

Step
Step 1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl
Step 2. Add warm water and oil
Step 3. Stir all the ingredients together until the dough forms a ball
(Add more water if the dough is still too stiff.)
Step 4. Transfer the dough to a table or floured place and knead gently for a few minutes
The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Sprinkle a little flour on the dough if it's still too sticky to knead.
Step 5. Place and spread the dough on a pizza or flat baking sheet
Flatten the dough until it is even and smooth.
Step 6. Bake in the oven at 204°C for 15 - 25 minutes
Step 7. Remove the pizza crust from the oven and add any pizza toppings you want
Tips
- Bake the pizza crust for 5 minutes then add the topping.
 - Try spreading olive oil or melted butter on top of the pizza crust and dusting with garlic powder before baking.
 - You can bake the dough for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and add the pizza sauce and cheese. Return the dough to the oven to bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
 - If you don't have bakpuder, you can replace it with baking soda. Use half the amount of bakpuder in the recipe, and omit the salt.
 - Serve pizza hot and when you are hungry, so it will be more delicious.
 - Try adding a pinch of Italian pizza seasoning for a more delicious taste. You can buy it ready-made at the supermarket, or you can make your own with some dried basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and a little dried chili.
 - Add some of the spice mixture to the pizza crust mixture before baking.
 - Add extra pizza toppings like cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
