This wikiHow teaches you how to check your Google Play account balance through the Google Play app and website. Google Play balance is funds that can be used to purchase content from the Google Play Store. You can top up your balance using a gift card, digital gift code, or promo code. Please note that Google Play Balance cannot be transferred or sent to another account.

Method 1 of 2: Via Google Play App
Step 1. Open the Google Play Store app
on Android phones.
The Google Play Store is marked by a colorful “play” triangle icon.
Step 2. Touch
It's an icon with three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the screen. A pop-uo menu will be displayed on the left side.
Step 3. Touch Accounts
It's next to the human icon in the pop-out menu on the left of the screen.
Step 4. Touch Payment Methods
It's near the top of the "Account" menu. You'll see it next to the green credit card icon. Your account balance will appear at the top of the menu, next to "Google Play balance".
Method 2 of 2: Via Google Play Website
Step 1. Visit https://play.google.com via a web browser
You can use any browser on your phone or desktop computer to access the main Google Page website.
If you don't log into your account automatically, click " Sign In ” in the top right corner of the screen and sign in using your Google account email address and password.
Step 2. Click Accounts
It's in the left menu, under the "Devices" section. Your Google Play account balance will appear at the top of the page, under the "Payment Methods" section.
