Method 1 of 2: File an Account Blocking Withdrawal Appeal
Step 1. Make sure your Facebook account has been deactivated

Step 1. Make sure your friend has blocked your account
Before trying to contact a friend and ask about the ban, make sure he or she is blocking your account, and not deleting or deactivating his own account.
