This wikiHow teaches you how to unfollow someone's profile on Facebook. With this step, whatever he uploads will not be shown on your news feed page (news feed). But unlike when you block someone, you can still see the profile of that user when you open them.

Method 1 of 2: Via Facebook Mobile App
Step 1. Open Facebook
This app is marked by a white “f” icon on a blue background. If you are logged in to your account, the news feed page will display Feed.
If you're not logged into your account, type in your email address (or phone number) and password, then tap “ Login " ("Enter").
Step 2. Touch the search bar
This bar is at the top of the screen.
Step 3. Type the name of the friend in question
This name is the name of the friend you no longer want to follow. When typing a name, suggested search options/results will be displayed below the search bar.
You can also tap on a friend's name from the " Friends " list or news feed page if you prefer
Step 4. Touch the name
The username in question is displayed at the top of the list of results below the search bar.
Step 5. Touch the " Following " button
It's in the options bar just below your profile photo and username.
You will automatically follow the users you added as friends
Step 6. Touch Unfollow (“Unfollow”)

Step 1. Visit the Facebook website
If you are already logged in to your account, a news feed page will be displayed.
If not, enter your email address (or phone number) in the top right corner of the screen and click the “ Login " ("Enter").

It's a white text field at the top of the screen and is marked by the "Search Facebook" label.
Step 3. Type in the friend's name
