Ingredients
- 1 cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 green chili
- 1 small onion
- 1 drop of chili sauce or other spicy sauce
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 grams of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seeds
- Salt and pepper
Step
Step 1. Grate or finely chop the cabbage and carrots
Step 2. Chop the green chilies and onions
Step 3. Combine the cabbage, carrots, green chilies, and onions in a large bowl
Step 4. In another bowl, mix all remaining ingredients
Stir well.
Step 5. Pour the lettuce sauce over the coleslaw
Serve the coleslaw immediately or store in a covered container and refrigerate until it's time to serve.

Tips
- Add the lemon juice and grated lemon zest to make the coleslaw a little sour. If you prefer it spicy, you can also add chili powder or chili sauce to taste.
- Cover the coleslaw container tightly before placing it in the refrigerator.
- For best flavor, refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 2 hours before serving.
- The freshness of the coleslaw can last for one week. In fact, the longer it sits, the more delicious it tastes!
