Step
Method 1 of 4: Muffin Strawberry Cheesecake Streusel
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (204ºC)
Step 2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake-lined paper
If you don't have the paper, coat the pan with oil or butter to prevent the muffins from sticking to the pan.
Step 3. Make the first portion of the muffin batter
To make it, sift and sift together 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt in a medium bowl. Set this bowl aside.

Step 14. Re-spread the muffins with the remaining streusel

Pour flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a separate bowl. Pour 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/4 tsp salt into a separate bowl. Mix well.
Step 7. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture
Stir the egg mixture with the flour mixture until it is combined into a thick and even mixture.
Step 8. Add 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds to the mixture
