Cooking bacon in the microwave and frying pan is probably the quickest way to cook this breakfast menu. But to get a balanced texture and great taste, cook your bacon in the oven. This guide will teach you the basics of oven-cooking bacon as well as its two other variations: sweet spice and string beans.

Method 1 of 3: Regular Smoked Meat

Step 2. Place the bacon slices on the grill mat
- Spread the cutlets so they don't fold and don't touch or hit the other cutlets to ensure that the meat cooks evenly.
- If you want, you can line your grill base with aluminum foil to make it easier for you to clean the base.
Step 3. Put the meat in the oven and set the oven to a temperature of 204 degrees Celsius
Step 4. Bake the meat for 12 to 15 minutes on one side
Step 5. Remove the bacon from the oven, then turn all the meat over and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes
Step 6. Grill the meat until it reaches the crispness you want
Then remove from the oven.

Method 2 of 3: Sweet Smoked Meat
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 162 degrees Celsius
Step 2. Mix the sugar and black pepper in a small bowl
Then enter and wrap the smoked meat with the sugar and black pepper mixture.
Step 3. Place the bacon slices on a grill mat that has been covered with aluminum foil
Sprinkle the surface of the meat with the remaining sugar.
Step 4. Cover the bacon with aluminum foil
Prepare another grill mat and place it right on top of the bacon.
- If you don't have another baking sheet to cover with, use oven-resistant Teflon.
- If you don't have aluminum foil, use parchment paper instead.
Step 5. Put the meat in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
Check its condition by lifting the aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- When the bacon is brown and crispy, remove it from the oven.
- If the bacon is still pale and not yet crispy, continue the roasting process at the same temperature.
Step 6. Remove the meat from the oven when it is brown and crispy, then serve
Method 3 of 3: Long Beans Wrapped in Smoked Meat
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 204 degrees Celsius
Step 2. Clean the long beans, then cut off the ends
Cut off any damaged or brown parts.
Step 3. Put the long beans in a saucepan and fill the pan with water
Bring to a boil and cook the long beans until they are bright green and still crisp, about 8 minutes.
Step 4. While in the process, place the bacon slices on a microwave-safe plate
Bake in the microwave for a minute, or until the meat is half cooked but not brown and crispy. Cut each slice in half using a knife or kitchen shears. Then place it on a plate.
-
If you don't have a microwave, you can use Teflon or an oven.
Step 5. Remove the long beans from the oven, strain and dry
Use paper towels to dry off any remaining water.
Step 6. Take a handful of chickpeas and coat them with a slice of bacon
Secure the dressing with a toothpick and place it on a plate. Coat all the long beans with the smoked beef in the same way.
Step 7. Mix butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and brown sugar
Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Then enter and wrap the string beans one by one into this seasoning, then place it on the grill mat.
Step 8. Put it in the oven
Cook for 15 minutes or until the meat is brown and crispy. Then remove from the oven and serve.
