Method 1 of 2: Auditioning
Step 1. Read the rules
If you're not sure you meet the requirements, just go ahead and register - you can ask specific questions later if the event contacts you to become a contestant.
If you have appeared in a previous Wheel of Fortune event, you may not reappear. If you've appeared on a game/dating/relationship show or reality show the last few years or all three of these shows in the last ten years, you're also ineligible. Step 2. Sign up from the internet
Visit the Wheel Fortune website. In the blue navigation bar located below the photo title, navigate to "CONTESTANTS". A pink drop-down menu will appear with several options. Click "Be A Contestant".
- The first question will appear asking your age group. Click either "Adult," "College Student," or "Teen".
- Fill in the registration form completely and accurately.
Step 3. Submit the video
As a form option, Wheel of Fortune has started a "Face of the Fan" contest in which potential applicants submit a 60-second video to audition. In this way, everyone can have a chance.

Step 4. Find the Wheelmobile

Step 6. Take an audition

- Then they run a 5 minute written test consisting of 16 puzzles (in which you have to fill in the missing letters). After that, they will score the test and distribute the raffle prizes. - Unfortunately, even if you make it through the first round, you still won't know what went wrong if you end up being sent home. You can only wait to be contacted indefinitely - that is if you are selected. Whether you are selected or not depends on your test scores and their impression of you.
Method 2 of 2: Preparing for the Event
Step 1. Watch Wheel of Fortune
The best way to prepare yourself is to become familiar with the event yourself. If you are selected to be in this event, you should be familiar with the game structure, rules, etc. Practice yourself guessing with the contestants and see if you can win.

- You have a greater chance of appearing if you sign up for a special theme, such as a military member or couple theme. What makes you unique? Look for a specific episode theme that fits your style. The signup form will list several themes for the upcoming event, such as family week or couples week.
