Zorua is a dark foxy type Pokémon that can use illusions to transform into Pokémon or even other people. You can get Zorua through a special event in Pokémon White, the fifth generation of the Pokémon video game franchise. You must have the Celebi promotion given at GameStop to run this game.

Method 1 of 3: Getting Celebi with Relocator
Step 1. Get the fateful Celebi encounter
Celebi is a promotional Pokémon that was distributed in 2011 on GameStop and during the mall tour for Pokémon Black and White. If you don't choose one in either event, you will have to borrow from another player or use underhand means to add him to your side.
Step 2. Get Relocator
Relocator allows you to transfer promotional Pokémon into the game. To add the Relocator option to the menu, follow these steps:

Go to Castelia City and find Name Rating Services on the left side of the road north of the central plaza.

Go to the 11th floor and talk to a scientist in the lower right corner. It will ask for two types of passwords.

Answer the question with "Everyone + Happy" then "Simple + Connection". This will add the Relocator option to your Main Menu.

Step 3. Use Relocator to add Celebi to your party
Reboot the DS and select the Relocator option from the main menu. Set up a DS wireless connection with another DS system and use the "download play" option to get the promotional Celebi into your system.
Method 2 of 3: Getting Zorua with Celebi
Step 1. Go to Castelia City
You can get there on foot either from Route 4 through the desert or via the Skyarrow Bridge.

Make sure you have a Pokéball, an open space on your side, and a Celebi on your side.

Step 2. Look for the Game Freak building and enter it
Game Freak HQ is a black building on the right side of Castelia Street, located at the easternmost of the four twisting city streets. Come from the Skyarrow Bridge and turn around the first open road on the right.
Step 3. Talk to the kid next to the bar
There will be a boy and a girl standing in front of a bar in the first room you see when you enter. The boy is the one on the left. Walk up and talk to him. If you have Celebi, Celebi pops out, and the kid will say "Yip yep!" and reveals that he is Zorua in disguise. The girl standing next to him will suggest that Celebi and Zorua are good friends and Zorua wants to go with you.
Step 4. Answer "yes"
A box will appear asking if you want to add Zorua to your party. Select yes.
Step 5. Select the Pokéball from the inventory
Choose whatever type of poké ball there is. Zorua will get into the ball and join your party!
Method 3 of 3: Getting Zorua in Pokémon Black/White 2 or Pokémon Black/White
Step 1. Put Pokémon Black/White 2 on your DS
Step 2. Go to Driftveil town
Step 3. Walk up the stairs north of the Pokémon Center, to the building there
Step 4. Talk to Team Plasma
They will give Zorua.
Step 5. Exchange Zorua with another device in Pokémon Black/White
Or, you can keep it in Pokémon Black/White 2.
