  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, cut into 8

  • 1 cup grasshopper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 serrano chili

Step 1. Catch the grasshopper

The easiest way to get grasshoppers to cook is to catch them yourself. Grasshoppers are easiest to catch in the morning. When it's still cold, they tend to be sluggish.
