Have you ever heard of a food called Hibahi noodles? In fact, Hibachi noodles are one of the processed noodles whose manufacturing process is very easy and fast, but the deliciousness is unquestionable! Ingredients
- 500 grams of dry noodles or linguini paste
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. salty soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Step
Step 1. Boil the dried pasta in a pot of brine until it is al dente (soft, but still firm)
Step 2. Drain the pasta using a slotted basket, then gently shake the basket to remove any excess water
Step 3. Place the skillet on the stove and heat the butter over medium heat until it melts completely
Step 4. Enter the minced garlic, stir-fry until the aroma is fragrant
Step 5. Pour soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sugar into the pan
Stir all ingredients with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Step 6. Put the noodles in the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste
Then, stir the noodles until the entire surface is coated with the spices.
Step 7. Drain the cooked noodles
Step 8. Pour sesame oil over the surface of the noodles, then stir the noodles until the oil covers the entire surface of the noodles
Step 9. Serve your delicious Hibachi noodles
Pour the noodles into a serving bowl, then sprinkle the surface with a little sesame seeds while they are still hot. Voila, a bowl of richly flavored noodles is ready to be enjoyed!
