Simple Chicken Noodles
- 2 pieces of chicken breast
- 4 carrots, diced
- 4 celery, diced
- Garlic
- Parsley

- Egg noodles
- 2-3 cubes of broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
Thick Chicken Noodle
- 2 liters of water
- 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 0.5 cloves of sweet garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cubes of broth
- 3 carrots, cut into medium size
- 2 celery, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- Egg noodles
- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.5 cup flour
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 cups cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Spicy Chicken Noodle
- 2.5-3 pounds of whole chicken
- 2 liters of water
- 4 ounces of bacon
- 1 chopped ginger
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 lemongrass
- 1 coriander
- 1 mint leaf
- 6 spring onions
- 1 clove of onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 chicory, chopped
- 1 chili, chopped
- Rice noodles
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 0.25 cup lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt for taste
Mexican Chicken Noodles
- 1 chicken, cut
- 1 bay leaf
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 10 ounces noodles
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- Coriander or jalapeno for garnish

Method 1 of 4: Simple Chicken Mia
Step 1. Place the chicken breast, celery, carrots, onions, and parsley in a large saucepan
Step 2. Soak all the ingredients with water and sprinkle with spices
Step 3. Bring all the ingredients to a boil and reduce the heat when it boils
After boiling and reducing the heat, cover the pot and let the gravy simmer for an hour. This will make the ingredients come together and make a delicious gravy.
Step 4. Lift and remove the foam that appears on the surface of the gravy
This will make the gravy even more delicious.
Step 5. Remove the chicken and cool on a plate
Step 6. Strain and put the gravy in a bowl
Then, put the gravy back into the pot.
Step 7. Add the seasoning broth and let the seasoning dissolve by boiling it

Step 8. Cut the chicken until it is boneless

Method 2 of 4: Thick Chicken Noodles
Step 1. Fill the pot with two liters of water

Step 14. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt to the Teflon

Step 15. Put the chicken in the gravy in the pot after the noodles are cooked
Step 16. Put the thick sauce in the saucepan
Stir the thick sauce until it is completely combined with all the ingredients in the saucepan. If the gravy is too runny, continue to stir over medium heat until it reaches the desired consistency.

Method 3 of 4: Spicy Chicken Noodles
Step 1. Cut the chicken
Use a knife to cut the chicken and separate the breast meat from the ribs. Remove the skin, also cut the thighs. Make sure you use a knife that is sharp enough.
Step 2. Put the chicken meat other than the breast into the pot

Step 1. Place chicken stock, bay leaf, cumin, garlic powder and salt in a saucepan
Step 2. Soak with water then bring to a boil
Soak all the ingredients in a saucepan with water, then simmer for 30 minutes until the flavors of all the ingredients come together.
Step 3. Strain and set aside the gravy
Don't throw away the gravy because you'll still be using it.
Step 4. Heat the oil in Teflon
You can do this while the chicken and spices are simmering.

Tips
- Add the spices little by little and try the taste of the broth before you add the spices. If you feel the gravy is still lacking, just add the spices until you reach the desired taste.
- Unseasoned chicken stock will usually taste bland. But once you use the spices, the taste will be much better.
