Creme fraiche is a delicious type of cream that originated in France. It can be added to your favorite foods as a topping or sauce and a substitute in a variety of dishes to create a rich flavour. After boiling and mashing your potatoes, add half a cup of creme fraiche with a little bit of butter and mix well. The result is creamy and smooth mashed potatoes, the perfect side dish.

Choose the fruit you like, peaches and apricots are most suitable for use, bake them with a little brown sugar. Serve with some creme fraiche.
