Mango is a tropical fruit that has a sweet taste. This fruit is best served as a fresh cut in fruit salads, smoothies (a type of drink, frozen fruit mix, honey/syrup, and shaved ice or fruit, milk, yogurt/ice cream, crushed in a blender until smooth), or as a frozen snack.. Like papaya, mango is also often found as a side dish for breakfast. Freezing is the best way to store large quantities of mangoes.
Step

Step 1. Choose a ripe mango
Gently press the surface of the mango to ensure the firmness of the fruit. To compare mango ripeness, use your tactile feeling instead of color.

Step 2. Prepare the mangoes
Use a knife to peel the mango skin. Slice the mango flesh in bite-size pieces.
Method 1 of 2: Plain Cube Cuts

Step 1. Place the mango pieces on a flat baking sheet
Make sure the mango pieces don't touch each other, as it's very difficult to separate the frozen mango pieces stuck together.
It's useful if the pan you're using has curved edges like the "lips," so the mango pieces don't fall off easily. Instead, you can use a shallow food container with a lid

Step 2. Place a flat pan in the freezer on a flat surface
Freeze the fruit for about three to five hours, depending on the thickness of the mango slice.

Step 3. Put the frozen mangoes in a plastic bag equipped with adhesive so that it can be closed tightly
Label it according to the current date.

Step 4. Freeze mangoes for up to 10 months
Method 2 of 2: Cube Cuts with Simple Syrup

Step 1. Mix a cup of sugar and two cups of water in a medium saucepan

Step 2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring regularly and allowing all the sugar to dissolve

Step 3. Allow the mixture to cool completely

Step 4. Meanwhile, place the mango pieces in a special Tupperware container for freezer storage
Label it according to the current date.

Step 5. Pour the cooled syrup over the surface of the mango
Leave about 2.54 cm of space for expansion.

Step 6. Freeze mangoes for up to 12 months
Tips
- When thawed, as with other fruits, mangoes will experience a change in texture. The best use of frozen fruit is in smoothies as a substitute for recipes that require the use of fresh fruit.
- Mango syrup is best used when making sauces.
