If you tie someone up properly, he won't have a chance to escape. All you have to do is tie a person's hands, feet, and elbows together, then make a knot that connects all of these parts behind their body. Just make sure that the person you're trying to tie has given you permission to do so and that you can easily untie the knot quickly if needed. Take a look at the first step to get started.

Step 1. Get the approval of the person you want to tie up
It is illegal to tie someone up without their consent. It's important for us to understand that being tied down can be uncomfortable for a long time. Never leave someone tied up in this position for more than an hour, and never leave them unattended.

Step 2. Tie a person's hands behind their back
Slowly bring the person's hands behind their back with palms facing each other. Take the rope and loop it repeatedly tightly around his wrist. Fasten the rope by pulling it tight between the arms.
Step 3. Gently tie the elbows together
Tie just above the elbows, close enough, but strong enough so that the elbows don't fall off the rope. The extent to which you tie their arms is up to you, and you can also just tie the wrists if you want.
At this point, some people also like to secure someone's hand up to their wrist, although this isn't really necessary for a basic bond. If you prefer, this can be done by wrapping the rope around the person's waist/abdomen like a belt and pushing his hands down so he can't slide it up and down, then securing the rope with a boxing knot
Step 4. Make the person lie flat on the ground
Make him comfortable and make sure he can breathe easily when lying on his stomach in a prone position. Again, check periodically to make the person tied up comfortable.
Step 5. Tie the legs together at the ankles
Use the same basic approach you used for your hands and arms, bringing the ankles together, bringing the straps between the ankles and wrapping them individually, then wrapping them tightly together using the straps.
For best results, make sure the person is not wearing shoes or socks. If you can open it that will give you a big advantage because you can also tie the toes, the rope will be stronger on bare skin than on the shirt so it won't slip and is generally easier to tie
Step 6. Use another rope to tie the ankles to the wrists behind the back
To complete the tie, first pass the rope through the ankle and wrist straps, pull all the straps together and bring the ankles up by bending the knees.
You can add additional straps as you wish. Some people like another line between elbow and leg, leg tie or whatever you want to connect. Experiment with different vertices and different orientations as you wish
Tips
- This is a great time to tickle your victim's feet, because there's nothing they can use to stop you.
- Use a rope that is wider, 0.6 or 1 cm. Place 3-4 ties around wrists and ankles to spread pressure over a wider area and reduce the risk of injury. Make sure all ties are parallel and do not cross one another. If only the elbows are tied, then the hand ties may loosen when tightening the ankles.
